“Why play AVNs when you have the real thing?” is like asking “Why read books and watch movies when there’s real life?” Because it’s different and entertaining!
For that matter, why play AVNs when you can jack off to actual (though silicone-enhanced) human beings making hardcore porn? Because some of us like stories. And want characters we can empathize with. And aren’t just playing AVNs so we can get to the fuck scenes and tug our dicks. I wanna see how things play out in some of these games. If I don’t I stop playing.
And I play them with my wife. Who likes em for the same reason she likes romance novels: some of them are good stories and well written! And yes, some romance novels are ridiculous fuck books and too stupid to be sexy. Exactly like some AVNs.

Can anyone tell me how many saves i should have for my playthrough to get all the scenes, i can't tell how many paths there are. For example which characters you can date at the same time?

Finished up the first scenes for Nikki and Cara. There will be another scene for both of them which I will work on once I've finished the scene I'm working on right now. That scene is a universal scene with Nathan. No matter your route, even if you aren't on any, you will get this scene. It won't be too long since it's mostly talk about the happenings in Madison Springs. There might be some advice but it will ultimately be up to you if you follow it or not. This scene will somewhat consist of 2 parts and it can change slightly depending on if you are on a Nikki/Cara path.
Still thinking about how I will code all this since there are so many possibilities dating-wise. 1 girl, 2 girls or even more and all the combinations.
I've also decided to not split the episode. I've coded the first part and if you aren't on a Valeria or Erynn path, it's just not worth it. Sorry to the people who hoped for an early release but having the full episode, especially the end I have planned will be worth the extra wait.
Renderwise, it's already the biggest episode to date and there are still lots of scenes to come. I'm not sure yet but it might be twice as big as episode 8 or 11 once it's completed.

I'm with you here. I don't like split updates either and Nyx explained really good why it would be not a good idea to release it yet. We all know that there're enough player who only play one or two routes and when there's no content on that routes they get all pissy and starting to annoy everyone about it. Especially Nyx herself. Not worth it.

Yeah, there are too many who are Lexi fans, or Layla/Elena fans who would not want an update without them. Also it would probably cause a riot with Nikki fans given she hasn't featured for a while and Nyx had said she was a focus of the next update, to have a part episode update without her would not have gone down well (Cara too but I don't think her fans are as vocal).

Personally, I'm glad that it will take a while for the next update, if that means more content, no matter the routes. I like this game and was waitng a considerable amount of time to start playing, since I had a good feeling about it from the beginning. I finally gave it a go with the last update and got so into it, that reaching the end of current content immediately made me restless, thirsty for more. Now I'd rather wait longer for a bigger update and will probably even start a new playthrough to see other routes than the ones I follow now. A few things were obvious to me from the start in this game, but there are only so many ways that things can happen in games like that (mainly I'm talking about MC's father here, but there were other datails as well), so I'm not really bothered by that, and looking forward to see what will happen next.

Wow, good news! I am on the Valeria path (as on many others) But this reading there will be progress with my number 1 cutie! Now I am getting more impatient. How far are we going with Val next update?

More progress than every other time we hang out with her id assume lol. Tho I admit her progress reminds me of Erynn a bit with how little content she gets.
