Yeah apparently Nyx needs to fix the "Ethan is your brother path" in Episode 16. Which removes the fact that Erynn already knows who Ethan's dad is as he owns the modelling agency, he certainly isn't called Santiago Navarro the sports agent.
Maybe she will have to change the game code, so you'll need to redo your saves again. Sorry to break it to you folks!
