I can only speak for myself, but this is why I like Alexis. The lack of the proverbial, 'carrot on a stick' is refreshing and Nyx bucking the trend in VNs with her character is appreciated. Her arc starts off dramatic in typical Intertwined fashion and slowly descends into an immersive baseline. Sex, instead of being unnecessarily deified, is treated as something natural and loses its all-consuming importance. Alexis is heavily involved with the characters central to the main plot and her relationship with the MC grows in a way that feels organic without unneeded CBS-tier drama.

Just my 2C on this.

Why doesn't Layla react at all after I tell her that Nikki or cara is my new GF especially since it's some days after i almost fucked her .

And the dev always tries so hard for the intertwined part to show up in the game but I don't this time that Nikki or Cara dad's being a coach is a good suprise since they have such a good relationship with him and so should already know about what he does and where he lives

I didn't get a scene where i tell her about Nikki/Cara, not even an option... she sees Nikki makes "Jealous face" but no further interactions.
I only played standard 9.0 not 9.1 maybe it's this.
Still on Layla her reaction to being told i rather be with her sister was highly out of character in my opinion, she just takes it on the chin and walks it off, even makes jokes about it sometimes...

I dont really get this backstabbing attitude at Alexis. I think this just appears to People who generally prefer Erynn in first step.

The game starts with the MC explaining his backstory with Erynn to Alexis. She recognizes who he is, knows her BFF, Erynn, has very strong feelings for him, and even suspects he may still have feelings for her as well. So the first thing Alexis does is pretend not to know the MC and invite him to fuck her in the airplane bathroom.

Personally, I'd describe her as self-centered rather than backstabbing.

I must have missed the part where Erynn locked herself away in a convent waiting for the MC to return. Oh, wait...

She moved on, had intimate relationships (and would probably still be in one if she hadn't also kicked her highschool love to the kurb at the behest of Ethan), and so had the MC. IRL, after a certain age, all of us will have had exs, some of whom we may still hold a candle for. However, once both have moved onto other relationships, that's it. There is no more "dibs." Period. Heck, Erynn is not even an Ex, she decided that watching a funny video was more worthwhile than listening, so nothing even got off the ground in the first instance.

What's Alexis supposed to do? Ask the stewardess for an air to ground phone so she could try to reach Erynn before the plane lands? Stand aside and let Erynn have another go and wait until Erynn kicks him aside again in 1 year's time, 2 years? I think not.

If Alexis leveled with Erynn from the start, saying she was going to pursue the MC because Eyrnn had already had her chance, I'd have been okay with that regardless of how Erynn took it

This I fully agree with. That's how she should have handled it. However, I would contend that she too was also confused by conflicting emotions, particularly a false sense of guilt. The key word here being "false" for the reasons stated above. (On the one hand, she was even thinking that she would purposely not ever see MC again after the plane, it was the MC who went to the bar, not by her invitation). Alexis' secrecy is far from being the biggest transgression in the game. Even MC's mom and "dad" have held secrets for niegh on 20 years, never mind Erynn who, at this point, is a caricature of the first two chapters of most of the FemProtag corruption games on here.

PS. I am not even team Alexis BTW, I'm team Nikki.

MC only gets one shot at love, pure, heartfelt, earth shattering, soul bonding, everything you ever wished for romance.
That is Alexis, the only girl who has been consistently there for MC throughout the game.

MC has a mountain of debt to his ma and Eyrin.
He started to climb it and reconcile with ma.
Eyrin is a dumpsterfire of a reconciliation,
MC is getting beat up bad all over the place to make up for his debt.

Then MC has all these activities with some other babes all over the place.

One shot at the best days of your life - Alex.
One shot at the worst days of your life - Eyrin.
Everything else MC can navigate with some sense of reason,
within the rules of the game: MC cannot save anyone, MC cannot help girls other than with his body:
get beat up bad, cuddle, kiss, bang to show his devotion to do everything and anything to not turn girls away.

All of it as his entire life and journey has been under the biggest bourdain ever: pushing away his ma and bff,
aggreessively, at the age where he needed them the most. Now crippled by such early ground shattering loss,
he needs to be committed to stand in their lives with all he has, with all he is, invest everything into them.

Thats all right, i tried all playthroughs with every love interest and no one has such a completed and logic storyline through the whole game yet than Alexis. Alexis fits and is integrated best in the game. Could be that Dev didnt finished all details and stories of the other girls yet. If you dont stick with Alexis the whole story is really less dense in my opinion. The Alexis path was my last playthrough with latest update and i was really surprised how tight Alexis got implemented with interactions and scenes with MC and even with Iris til the end of chapter 9.

There isn't a scene you just tell them that you have a girlfriend (in my case it was Nikki) and both of them are pretty ok with it and they don't react with anger even if you did the pool scene with layla she seems ok with you having a girlfriend the next week which I find odd

Then you are most likely using a mod since that scene only happens if you are on a Nikki/Cara solo path.

Or it could be because of her relationship with Alexis. Everything leads to the belief that they were/are sexually involved. And that would be the reason that almost made her end the relationship with Alexis when Ethan lied saying that Alexis had sex with him. But that loses a bit of meaning when we see Alexis and Erynn fighting for the love of the MC. So it all comes back to Zane's character. Zane could be Ethan's friend or his brother. And that explains why Ethan knows about Zane's meeting with Erynn. This mystery will only be revealed in the next chapters. The other mystery that will be revealed in the next chapters is whether Valeria is Gabi's daughter. If this is true. She is Navarro's daughter. Which makes her Alexis and Layla's half-sister. Because Navarro is Gabi's husband. And everything indicates that he is also Adriana's husband. And how everything in this game is intertwined. As the name of the game says. Navarro may be the MC's father. This makes the MC half-brother to Alexis and Layla and possibly also half-brother to Valeria. And there is a possibility that John is Erynn's father. Melissa said the guy who got her pregnant is tall, athletic, blond and tattooed. In other words, everything leads us to believe that she was talking about John. In other words, Erynn could be Iris's half-sister. One thing that is already clear is that Lakeyn is Alexis and Layla's cousin. But another thing some players didn't realize is that Lakeyn could be Iris' ex-girlfriend or her friend. Lakeyn when he met the MC was going to the park. Another thing that many players don't understand. The MC was the first boy Alexis kissed. She knows that the MC was/is in love with Erynn. This explains why she was meeting the MC without telling Erynn. Because she was afraid the MC wouldn't try anything on her because of Erynn. One thing the developer will have to explain properly is the fact that Erynn didn't go to the MC's house on other days while the MC was still her neighbor. Because the MC didn't move cities the same day he confessed his love for her and thought she laughed at him. Let's wait for the next chapters. There are things that seem confusing, but can have an answer. Even if the answer doesn't make much sense. But that's why it's called fiction. Sorry for my english.

On her route before you KO Ethan? I don't think a definitive answer exists. After the KO when the cats out the bag and MC knows most of the situation, I assume her mental health is in shambles.

Navarro may be the MC's father. This makes the MC half-brother to Alexis and Layla and possibly also half-brother to Valeria

What debt with Erynn?
Mc went over on his birthday and confessed his love to Erynn (asked her to be his girlfriend). She turned away (sorry I be right back) without responding to his question, she responded to another guy! that is a diss to the MC. then to add further insult to the MC she proceeded to ignore him by reading a text on Ethan's phone and laughing with him about it. Instead of taking the time to reply she questions what to do. Not stopping Ethan from laughing at mc so that the MC could see her do so. Erynn does not stop Ethan by saying yes or no but nun of your business and instead of chasing after Mc to talk with him she continues to argue with Ethan. the heartbroken 13 year old owes her nothing. He goes back as mom suggest and is beaten up by Ethan. Years later he confronts her and she does not take any blame for not answering him or that she actually turn to another guy while being asked to be the MC's girlfriend. Erynn says it did not happen that way. true she did not laugh at the Mc but she failed to give him an answer. Personally she is at fault here too. at best it is her fault for not responding to MC and his mothers fault for telling Erynn to come back later. her shock of "why he ask now" she cant remember it is his birthday. Best friends would have remembered each others birthday. Erynn only later understood she messed up and wants her friend back she likes. but did not know at that time if she really like him like that (all based on how she acted that day) she just sees him as the way out of her problems and yes the video does exist. if MC did not come back she would have given into Ethan or became the escort Ethan is making her out to be.
The only out Erynn gets is she must be embarrassed to respond to MC with her friends there which would mean she is not sure she should be his girlfriend.

About Erynn not wanting to have sex with the MC. What you said makes sense. And also about her not talking to the MC while he was still her neighbor. But about incest. The developer himself leads players to think that there will be incest in the game. Just observe that the MC's mother behaves sensually around him. And there are options in the game to make the MC stare at his mother's body. There's even a kiss between the MC and his mother. Even if the kiss happened by accident. And the developer puts the MC in a situation where the MC sleeps with the mother and wakes up holding her breast. In other words, I don't understand why he puts these scenes if there won't be incest in the game. What if Navarro is the MC's father. Alexis, Layla and Valeria cannot be Navarro's daughters. Because otherwise there will be incest in the game.
