I think she saw a little kid that was clearly hurt and she went to console him as opposed to watching those two stand around and argue over dumb shit. Thats how I understood the scene. You're right she wasn't going into the house if he went in, but she likely went over to him as soon as she saw where he went.

If she deliberately was going to check up on him (and I suspect she wasn't), I believe she would never have mentioned it.

1, Ethan would have made fun of her, and

2, We see now how jealous Erynn gets of others around MC, she may have been the same back then and had a go at Lexi for talking to 'her' friend.

I lean towards the second one, her attitude prior to leaving just gives me the vibe she wouldn't leave if Erynn and Ethan don't get into a fight(if it ends fast, "ok i'll stop").
I think she stayed behind a good chunk of time after the dude legged it and only left after seeing the fight was going to be a long one.

And i don't think she had any reliable means of knowing where he stopped running, the MC starts running and she stays listening to Erynn and Ethan arguing for a some time before leaving(and she does so by walking), unless he stopped running still within eyesight...
Which i'm pretty sure he didn't, Ethan can still mock him if he is 20 meters away and within sight, and Erynn wouldn't need to explain that she was fighting with Ethan because he would've heard it... also Erynn and Ethan would have some reaction to the kiss.

Yes, Alexis left on her own accord when Erynn and Ethan started fighting, no instructions from Erynn or anything else.

Did she set out to look for the MC?
We can't make any positive affirmations, but she doesn't run after the MC right after he runs away, she leaves non-chalantly after her friends start fighting with each other(it's hard to judge passage of time in something like this, but there has been quite the back and forth between Erynn and Ethan already... 2 min maybe?), to me she ran into him by chance and seeing him sad decided to say something nice, she wasn't going into his house to speak with him like Erynn tried later.

As the scene is portrayed, her main impulse for leaving is that Erynn and Ethan fighting is not something she enjoys being around, not thinking that the MC might be feeling bad and needs a friend right now.

Time factor, " When ".... was in question.

Didn't take long for Ethan stomping off after Lexi had left.
And obviously Erynn made her attempt but, got shut down.
For the better part of half a decade (Five Years).

I was going to write that it's been a while since I last played this game and I don't remember many details, but it seems to me that there were either flashback scenes where the characters had sex while being teenagers in a high school or something like that. At least they looked like teenagers. And for Steam, sex with someone they consider underage is an immediate reject.

I could be completely wrong, maybe the regulars of the thread will correct me.

Steam's biggest bugbear is schools (high school in the states specifically) as there would be a very, very small window of time where a student would still be at 'school' and also be 18. So it's a blanket ban on Steam, regardless of what the dev says the girls ages are in a disclaimer. This is no difference to the current witch hunt by authorities/customs on sex dolls also (despite there being no actual laws in place).

What you say the age is, what the manufacturer says and what it looks like...are 20 different things as it cannot be proven and is subjective to the person looking (unlike a real person who may look underage but can prove they are not a minor). However, in a 'school' setting, most likely they would not all be 18 years old (as start 'college' at 18 at the end of summer...which would be a few months after already having left 'high school').

Why this will never be on Steam without some (more) major rewrites.

yep that post is correct, the other major point is you know... showing minor(s) having sex. It's even against patreon ToS, still wondering how Nyx got around that. Well that point is apparently moot now since she is doing some rewrites with regards to the age of the MC. Game was even "banned" on one of the AVN subreddits because of that.

2. Erryn turns to Ethan and asks, "Why do you always have to bully him?" Then Ethan responds, and Erryn tells him it's not funny. Alexis peaces out. That exchange takes maybe a minute.
3. While they're arguing, MC has a convo with Alexis, goes into his house, has a convo with his mom, and then goes to talk to Erryn
4. The argument ends, and MC runs into Ethan on his way back to Erryn; Ethan lies to MC, which sours MC for good.

I think what happened was Ethan bullying MC pissed off both girls. Alexis felt sorry for the MC and went to talk to him, while Erryn gave Ethan a piece of her mind and tried to stop Ethan from bullying him. I imagine Alexis didn't have to look for him; she just followed the direction he was going and saw him sitting in front of his garage.

If you fool around with someone, it is highly likely there is at least some attraction involved. I'm not convinced Erynn is not interested in girls until we find out how deep that rabbit hole goes.

I didn't check images next to each other to confirm it, but I'm sure the blonde guy in Melissa's flashback had some of the same tattoos John has (only specifying "some" as a disclaimer because he could have added more since).

There are some differences but I think they're similar enough to say they're the same person.
