Yeah, the dev I had seen speaking about this after chatting with Patreon (so it could be the same conversation we saw?) had said something more along the lines of "the two family members can't be in the same room at the time it was happening", but I tweaked that in my comment because you get stuff like a young couple in the living room having sex on the sofa while mom is asleep on the armchair, and that sort of thing.

There is no "general" rule. The last one was the longest episode to date so took around 10 months. This next one is shorter so will take less time, probably June.
