if Intertwined 2 happens I think it will be a new MC and new cast with maybe some cameos that don't give away any potential og endings. Or it could involve some characters that were secondary in Intertwined and won't have an ending, like Gabi, Mira, etc etc. Nathan could be a good MC candidate too, like he breaks up with his girl at the end. Something like that.
Yeah that's really the only reason I can think of to not let the MC to get married as a ending at the very least . Tho I would hope if that happens Nyx also gives us a ending not just for the new MC but a marriage / pregnancy ending for the LI with the MC in this game. Cause if im being honest it kind of would suck to not see that kind of ending with any of the girls by the end of both games for this MC.
yeah I would like a feel-good ending, like marrying Lexi for example after their discussion at the beach, something like that. I know where the game is planned to be ending, it's just a few months at most in game-time, but an epilogue a bit further out would be nice.

For me that would ruin the whole point in having a sequel. I want to see the journey of this MC and his chosen LI continue through college. Not as some new random guy while I wish I was playing as the original.
There isn't a canon path or LI. And what do you mean by not miss anything? All of the girls have exclusive content that you only see when you are on their path. Alexis is no exception.
as I said, it would be hard to pull it off like that. Right at the start you'd need a route for all main LIs, a solo one, one where you majorly fucked things up, not to speak of a 100 other smaller things that happened in your pt that she would need to account for. Seriously doubt if a sequel happens it will be the continuation of the story of this MC. If she wanted a storyline like that she would just continue with this game into college.
Yeah the only way I see it working is simply it to some degree just LI paths and if you had a bad end / break up with them and ignore the smaller details. Otherwise it's just to much to track
Why couldn't it just be an open-ended ending as you said? Personally I don't need to see them married with kids at the end of Intertwined, especially if I know that a sequel is coming which continues their story. It can still be satisfying while not closing anything off for the future IMO.
it could be yeah, but again, if she wanted to continue this story why make a new game? Just continue this one. And honestly, it's getting a bit much already with the intertwined stuff, at one point it's going to become ridiculous if she keeps going with all these "big" reveals that everyone knows anyway. I don't mind a new game that's loosely connected to this one, and it should have different plotlines, not dragging out the old ones indefinitely.
Though tbh with how much story still needs telling and the rate of development (yes I know that she is going as fast as she can, before people come at me) we are probably looking at another few years before Intertwined reaches it's end anyway.

yep, only a few months in-game but with 1-2 days per update it's gonna be a while unless there is a time-jump somewhere
But they don't stop being friends unless you are on Alexis's path in some way. Story and LI content are most of the time one and the same in this. You only really get to fully experience the game if you play multiple paths. Some people here only play like 1 or 2 paths ever and that just blows my mind.
Unless you ignore alexis on the plane, they stop being friends and make up off screen regardless of who your li is.
No, you can fuck Alexis on the plane with little or no consequence. The big one is if you wait and go home with her at the bar, if you turn her down it's a step towards ending her path, same with if you don't answer your phone while jogging in the park or if you turn down going to her place.
Nyx could follow the Badik model and do seasons, this way she can sell the complete season 1 and continue from there with everyone in college.
There's something that changes, in that whenever she's around(be it because of Erynn, Layla or Lakeyin)Alexis constantly stares at the MC with a depressed face if you fucked and then dumped her.
