If I recall correctly the only time Zane isn't Zane is during the beach with Nikki. I think recall Nyx saying something in discord like she didn't have alot of good male models so she used some in certain cases and wants to change then later or something. I could be wrong on that but I swore I recall reading something like that in discord shortly after the last update drooped.
I think that was about his friend (the one who oggles Valeria).
The model is the same Nyx used for the male bartender character from Dylan's bar who also works at John's garage.
Which also prompted us to go "wow this dude is everywhere", but then Nyx said this was a problem with the number of male characters like you just described.
Surfer dude from Nikki's scene is indeed Zane, he even remembers the "hot chick that came to the beach a couple of days ago".
Yeah, he's constantly at the beach, soon we'll see him at school, future modeling events... and maybe he'll come see his sister at the restaurant too.
At this point i think Nyx should just embrace the confusion on his friend's identity and make him stop by the bar to talk to him too lol.

lol when I redo saves I plan to make a save where I tell the other guys at the beach Erynn is my friend and they can go out if they want. And I think you also have the option with the guys in the changing room I forget exactly what the option it is. I wonder if those options will lead anywhere like her picking Zane tho I don't think Nyx gonna add NTR so probably gonna lead to nothing more than lost of Love points.and swoop away Erynn and Val, NTR fans gonna eat good. yep pretty much, never gonna be a real NTR route but it's funny to imagine some scenarios like that.
Back then he didn't have a defined identity, just a guy who tried his luck on Nikki.
I think Erynn had already talked about her ex(but didn't give him any defining characteristics)... and the girls saying Mr Donovan is the hottest teacher.
Brooke talking about her brother came later, and the modeling... and now we got confirmation that he is the teacher the girls were talking about and knows Erynn.
We won't be able to go anywhere without seeing him...
Basketball games, school, beach, restaurant... and if Nyx embraces the confusion on his friend... the bar too.
Going on a different topic but since you mentioned... I'm curious to see if Santi will try to buy his son's affection with things like that...
Tickets, signed jersey's, letting him borrow his car, access to the VIP room at the club... could be fun.
BTW... those guys at the clothing store are the same that later play volleyball, and are also shown to be Val's "friends".
There's not a lot to be gained "choosing wrong", the scene at the clothing store gets shorter but it doesn't change things beyond that.
And Erynn says she has no intention of going out with them(she's a little disappointed that you didn't "claim her").

I'm running into an issue with Coach (Mike) on the plane (EP13). I'm on the Nikki path (along with Alexis) but the convo with coach is wrong. MC doesn't know coach has 2 daughters when he actually does.
I've figured out that is because of the Nikki_Solo variable = False. If it was True the convo would be correct but in order to have it True I would not be able to be with Alexis in the same save. The variable is only set to True in EP9 if you are not on the Alexis or Layla paths. I am using the mod but I can't see a difference between modded and not modded for these parts.
I am wondering if this is a known problem or if I messed something up?
I think the variable Nikki_End == False would work but am wondering if Nikki_Solo is needed for the rest of the game or if being on the dual Alexis and Nikki paths will cause errors?

I've had that on every run. Games have bugs, sometimes. Report it in the discord, if you want.
I'm still wondering which event/scene was postponed. Is it Eryn's blackmail or the MC-Santiago situation?

Nyx left very little clues this time, could be Erynn joining the school as a teacher, could be Valeria and Alexis finding out you are fooling around with both or something in the Elena-Layla situation...
I suspect it's something related to the school or someone that frequents the school, because this next update was always designed to be a school day...
I was never expecting something like the Erynn blackmail to be a topic in this update anyway, can it pushed further back?
The next Santiago meetings are on schedule for the race and the Monroe BBQ, both of which should be by the weekend... maybe we run into him before, maybe we'll have something involving him and Gabi, but at the moment he's not scheduled to appear for the next couple of days.
