Knowing Nyx's obsession for making us debate stuff and keeping us in suspense about some characters or what happens next in the story, I'd say it's option A. She dropped a few hints about this. What I'm curious to know is whether Navarro is MC's bio dad or Alexis and Leyla's.

Frankly, I just don't see this as a problem,and not just because I am somewhat a fan of the kink.
They weren't raised together, so the sibling thing isn't there, and being both female there is exactly zero percent chance they can procreate, which is actually the largest concern about cosanguinal relationships.
I say go for it, it hurts exactly nobody.
A.It's gonna cause further delays in "romancing Erynn", which means it's probably him.
B.They have similar color hair, but Brooke is too minor a character to impact anything.
C.No idea how that would affect the story, plus where was he all this time? Does he work with his father too?
D. Alexis could use "something" to spice up the staleness, but giving her an ex that she still carries the torch for would probably cause fury and rage...

Both things are true actually.
Erynn looks at John agasp, the MC asks her what is it... and she says she had a "stupid thought", which to me meant it at least crossed her mind how remarkably similar this guy is to her father's description.
And then John says Erynn reminds him of someone he knew when he was younger.
Oh and the MC keeps thinking how Iris and Erynn look like each other... he just stops short of saying they could pass for sisters lol.
Can't really hammer the point much more than that...
