i'm gonna mention this is my thoughts when i finish the last 2 paths I need to play.

But one of my theories is we aren't gonna deal with Ethan until Nathan and Nikki come to town. I suspect both of them are going to help us despite not wanting to get anyone involved.

You've got to admire the fact that Val, a girl who is not even a confirmed LI and only came into the game half way through, has topped the polls on Nyx's Patreon for the last 4 updates. She has even being going from strength to strength with her votes. Apart from the beach date last episode, she hasn't had that much content IMO. New poll up btw, I bet she wins this one also.

she probably gonna kill it in this poll even more with that amazing beach date ( tho I liked Erynn's more). Valeria finally made it as a character I dont see as just a pretty face anymore because of it and I consider her in my top 3 right after Erynn and Alexis.

Other then the scenes at training camp and the photo booth in the earlier updates there is some new more serious content yes. Overall I found it a lot of fun, barring the one caveat below.

• You can go on a running "date" at the beach
• From a distance you meet her mom in her car after the running "date" (reader sees back of mom's head)
• A more official proper beach date with swimsuit modeling, some dares, beach games, a beach ball, a very deep conversation, making out, and some nudity.

There is no actual 'be my girlfriend?' scene or sex scenes.

My biggest complaint with the new content is how often the MC blatantly and overtly cheats at everything they do. I guess he thinks he'll loose his giggle berries if he loses to a woman?

I hate to say it brother, but she may have even knocked Erynn off my top spot with that beach date. Where we finally get to learn more about her and get some of the questions answered this update, as to why she can be a bit hot and cold at times in the past.

you only have to reject Layla Tho you may or may not have to reject more for the beach date in this update. I have to test her path out in a save where im playing the field with more than one LI so not sure what happens. But there might be some conflict with Alexia and Erynn for Val now as well. Last update you have to choose to break up with Alexis or not, im not sure what happens if you don't yet. As for Erynn if I recall they schedule the beach date for the same time

imo Erynn has a much better path than Nikki it's on par with Valeria or better depending who you ask. I wish I saved best for last but didn't have the willpower just gonna replay the game after the Holidays

Yeah Val had such a good beach date, I think the only reason I consider Erynn's beach date better is because of how much I like Erynn as a character. Because both of the dates are about equal in terms of quality but because of how much I like Erynn just gave her the edge and the date was more enjoyable overall for me just not by much. But yeah I think if I didn't have a great liking to Alexis and Erynn Valeria would of taken my #1 spot. The beach date brough Valeria to almost being tied with Alexis for me.

You just need to not be on the Layla (and by extension Elena) path. She won't look at MC as a potential partner even if she's attracted to him if he's already with her friend. You can be on the Lexi path but last episode Val gave MC an ultimatum that if he wants to go further with her then he'll have to dump Lexi.

I don't think anyone really knows but we got a general timeline. I think it's till the end of spring and start of summer if I recall correctly. im guessing 3-4 more weeks not sure exactly but right in that ballpark.

You have to reject Layla(and i think Erynn too, since you can't go to the beach with both of them, but i still haven't tried this combo).
She can be combined with other LIs, no clue for how long... but up to this point she can be in a multi save(most of them can).

Val didn't came into the game "half way through". The first time we can see a render with her is in Ep5 (ingame Week 2, Tuesday). That's very early in the game. You shouldn't forget the early episodes were very small and Ep5 came out in Dec 2020, just six months after Ep1. So, I understand why it feels like that, but it isn't like that.

Edit: I lied. It was Ep5.5, not Ep5 and it was Nov 2020 (five months after Ep1). I'm sorry for this. I mixed it up.

yeah that's why before this update I always considered her just a pretty face and nothing more , but she was slowing going into the right direction the 2 updates prior to this one.
