But even with "leaving out some details", as usually a gentleman should do, it should have been apparent from his story, how happy he was there, how emotionally involved he had become.

So Erynn should have sensed that.

When we go into flashbacks we(players) are transported into the full story, but i always understood that he witheld a lot of it(so did Melissa talking about young Emily).

Erynn does sniff something which is why she has those thoughts about how much he's holding back and asks if he's happy to be back in town?

yes she did understood there was something more to it but lets not jump into the i want to bang him train! she saw him after 5 years even if she finds him attractive i doubt any sexual desire is there, only her concern to keep him close this time after loosing him for so long (that can lead to sex... but it does not automatically means sex)!

so her concern in regards to the girl is how much of an attraction is there and how likely is the danger of loosing him again if one of those sluts calls him back (from Erynn point of view they are sluts who might steal her little brother)!

and as LSC82 stated her concern is how much he is liking to be back since that is a determining factor if he will stick around or leave again! basically we can speculate that the MC is the only positive male figure in her life!

If we read this from 13 years of knowing each other she probably has emotional claims to the MC and he was her little brother, anything else is perv. thinking! does not mean it can not grow from there!

Honestly i see that scene as a mix of emotions, on one point yes she wants/needs him to stick around, primarily she needs a friend, a shoulder to cry on... anyone who is threat to that presents a problem.
However i think she's definitely sexually attracted to him yet... hesitant (something which shows clearly in her later conversation with her mom). She does have conflicting jealous thoughts, she can't just be happy for him with someone else(at least not at the current stage) that applies to Nikki/Cara, but also she's immediately worried about Layla calling(and that wouldn't cause him to move) and goes ballistic about Alexis (to whom she confessed a lot of the feelings she hides from the MC).

her jealousy over other girls is also because of what happened with Layla! she as so much to catch up on and she as so much to unburden that any other person not just girls taking away time from her are a threat! Sexual attraction only applies to her as it applies to Mel as i stated a few posts back!

I do not mean there is not a sexual component, actually considering her levels of anxiety i´m pretty sure sex is on the table and the faster and quicker the better so she can open up and finally blur out everything she needs to get out of her sistem!

at the same time whatever it is she must put on the table must be so terrible that she could not tell Lexxi or Mel (or then its so stupid they did not care and laughed it out)! perhaps that is the hard decision that we must take on the next update! are we going to be understanding or chastitise her which might be the reason why she does not tell Lexxi or Em or Mel!

we must remember she still lives at a time where she could tell everything to her little brother and might not realize she is now talking to a 18 year old adult with opinions instead of a child that just shuts up looks at her adoringly and as never criticized her! Not a problem in my play-trough my MC is an ass that only helps those who are brave and courageous enough to ask for it and takes no shit from people who lie to him! So my MC left her crying in the park floor!

the 1st time i called Erynn a bitch and a hoe i was pissed since i tried to bone her (hey its a game in this site so...), now i still do but for not being brave enough to come clean! she wants help but gives you neither the path or the facts that enables you to do so! I have met women like that before that think a man is magic and can make everything go away from thin air, its very frustrating!

I think that in most games where the story is the main part, there is always a girl who is the key, whether you like it or not. And in this game I think Erynn is that girl, she is the center of the story. So.. forced

I'm a little sketchy about Erynn still. She hasn't really given the MC any reason to like her except that they used to be childhood friends. And then she lied to the MC so she could be with Ethan instead, and when he catches her, instead of giving the MC the truth, she talks about their past instead and sorts out what really happened. Yet still give us no reason as to why she lied to the MC so she could be with Ethan instead.

So right now, she is off my radar and not really in my interests. She's been real sketchy with this whole Ethan situation and lying to the MC, which just puts her in a bad light for me. If she would of came right out from the beginning about it all, then I could of trusted her more. But the fact that she lies to you and then you catch her with Ethan instead and she doesn't even explain herself, puts a sour mark on her for me.

She thinks she's made some mistakes that have ended up leading her to this spot, and if she hasn't said anything yet it's because she's afraid of losing the MC because of it.

Hopefully it is the beginning of better moments for her and that she can get out of the environment in which she feels so uncomfortable and sad.

So far, I'd say everything is pointing towards Ethan using/blackmailing/exploiting her for some reason. He looks like a pimp from a mile away. She thinks she's made some mistakes that have ended up leading her to this spot, and if she hasn't said anything yet it's because she's afraid of losing the MC because of it.

I know she wanted to talk with him more, but I don't think it would of been about why she was with Ethan. She's been wanting to talk about her feelings towards the MC for a while, so I feel it would of been more about that. At least, that's what I would of expected. She seems to want to keep the things between Ethan and her under wraps for as long as she can.

I have a feeling it's not going to be anything seriously crazy (like Erynn being an escort/prostitute or sleeping with him) like some of the posts I've seen here suggesting. I think she is just arm candy for his business meetings. And to her, she is being treated like a piece of meat to show off to his associates. Could be blackmail/exploiting like you said, but I would assume Nyx wouldn't make her doing sexual favors as that would pretty much kill off her character for a lot of people.

Certainly possible... but i have to say the ditching her in the park option looked pretty final, earlier "avoid Erynn" choices absolutely not, i'm leaning towards "ditchers" will skip a large chunk of the episode.
She hasn't yet had a "Erynn end" tag so it's up for debate.
Btw she does have a pretty high points barrier(maybe too high) for her to be 100% into the MC, sleeping kiss and "ass display" only happen on a close to flawless Erynn run.

The scene in the park on its could be interpreted as final, but mcs conversation with his mom afterwards, where she tells him that he should have listened to what Erynn had to say, seems to me like Nyx nudging the player towards Erynn one last time. Wich probably means that conversation is probably gonna happen regardless of player choice.

I didn't know that... i just clicked saw the "ditching" out of curiosity and rewinded, that does swing things more towards her story being compulsory.

I get it, lots of games have those, i been playing Sunshine Love of late and the relationship with the sister was pretty much forced from day one, didn't get too many complaints from me because i can't wait to hit that , but suprisingly the sisters cousin has also been included in the "unavoidable circle" and i was like huh?

I saw some finality to the park ditch scene, but i might be changing my mind already...
Erynn and Layla do have factors that mean you are stuck with them, Layla is your classmate wether you like her or not, and Erynn will always be your childhood friend and first love no matter what.
