Just waiting on android version, I'm in love with this story.
Not bad, felt very anti-climatic, especially after the build up. That seems to be the way this plot goes though... Big build up of drama which then is solved quickly in a very non-dramatic way. Don't get me wrong, I can see potential drama considering the MC assaulted Ethan (that name is so ruined now, I would love to know the average number of times people punched him) but I am unsure that it will actually pay off. Looking forward to more!

I think whoever it was gave the MC a ride to the restaurant. Thus why his mom didn’t have to pick him up. Not sure why the dev is keeping it a mystery as it didn’t seem like that big a deal.
Got to say i'm not a fan of these situations where the MC is involved but we as players are left wondering.
