I haven't played in a looong time; I only just remembered about the game last week and spent the time since then up till yesterday trying to find the site where I downloaded it back when there was just Episode 1 (or whatever the free content covered), since it's not on the Ren'Py website. But I remember being somewhat disappointed that the game so far at the time seemed to indicate a plot-scripted tendency towards Layla over Alexis. I haven't played any of the other episodes, so I can't say anything for sure, but given what I remember about Episode 1 (or whatever), I would be surprised if there is no dedicated Layla sequence option.
