That's how to get on her "secret" path, where you're actually on her sister's path.

The main Alexis path is probably the easiest to get on in the game, just follow her to the airplane bathroom, and/or wait for her when you first meet her in the bar, and go from there.

idk I can see Alexis being 1 of the ones that gets knocked up , as well as Nikki at some point in this game. Others I feel would be more suited for it in a epilogue if it does happen but that's just me.
