I'm kind of curious about some plans with Nikki or maybe it's Cara I forget which but I heard it looks like there might be a secret path for one of them forming not sure how true that is.

You can get Niki SP points on the Cara path, but not the other way around.

I've gotten into a really bad habit of of playing VN's with their rpy script files opened in the background, constantly checking conditions and points lol.

Correct Nikki SP on Cara path but not the other way around. I use URM often

I think so. Val mentions her on the beach date in EP13. I imagine she'll be at the relay event coming up soon.

That is literally agency. I don’t know where you’re pulling the lack of agency from, especially considering I’ve highlighted he’s both perfectly within his rights to set the initial conditions and later saying he wants out because she doesn’t keep her end of the bargain.

You also don’t just get to waltz back into their lives 12 years later, just because you’re the biological father.

When did MC ask Andres if he could meet his biological father? He doesn’t know about him till he’s 18.

Right, Andres set the terms of the relationship, she didn't lead him on as you claimed. He wanted to get back at Santi for stealing his girl in the only way he knew, getting with the mother of his child and driving them apart.

He asked Emily during the reconciliation after catching her with Mel if Santi wanted to meet when she encountered him 6 years prior. Her response:

I'm sure she will be, but she is a forever side-girl like Mira and others, so again, good for a fuck-around route with the rest of them, otherwise it's just inviting trouble on legit LI routes.

I disagree with the one that feels like an actual relationship part. They all do, just because some Li's are younger ,or have more trauma and problems in life,doesn't invalidate their relationship. And once again sex is not everything, their has to be more imo.

There is more in the lexi mc relationship. In my opinion they have what I would consider the most realistic relationship. They enjoy music, they enjoy joking and spending time with each other, they have fun together doing different things and they have a great sexual connection. And no lexi is not my fav but this eps put her to number 2 - erynn, lexi, val in that order

I agree, i asked on discord in early september when the update was comming out, they said end of september after nyx goes on vacation, then it took 2 more months. i get what you mean, however, the update wasnt small, but it was small considering she spent 2 more months working on it since she said it was basically done in sept

true, only one bug, the scene with layla at the park with lucas. sorry if people thought i was complaining, I wasnt, just stating what Nyx said to me. its a great game and i hd alot of fun playing it

It wasn't basically done in September, around September she did give her patreons the option of getting a half-chapter released then or the full chapter when completed, whether the people you spoke to in discord lied to you or if the half-chapter option was leading the poll at the time I don't know, but the patreons voted for the full chapter when ready rather than a half-chapter release.

I can understand also your point, that besides the relationships part of it her path can feel like the least connected to the story, but that's true also for other LI, e.g. Valeria's isn't any better for example.

As you note, her story isn't directly connected to the Erynn story, but the same is for all LIs that aren't Erynn. Val is the closest if she intervenes, and we don't even know if that'll stay the case.. she could disappear, become intricately involved, shoved/intimidated out of the way, or who knows what else...

But if you are on Lexi's path, she gets actively involved in support of Erynn. Erynn only tells Lexi if the MC convinces her to, which doesn't happen on the other paths. In that scene, Lexi clearly states she wants to help Erynn however she can. She could, in theory, become a support arm (emotional? presence?) for Erynn to help get through this whole scenario.

If not on the Lexi path, there is no indication Erynn ever tells her best friend when she starts opening up to Mel and Emily about it. You'd think Best Friend would be next on the list to trust, especially after Ethan lied to break them apart, and failed.

One of the things I love about Intertwined is how it's setting up some competition or rivalry for the MC with the LI's, we see that especially in this episode.

We see Erynn being reconnected with Zane (Mr Donovan) just after the beach date with the MC. Erynn telling the MC about him being in for a surprise soon, when he jokes about her standing infront of a classroom during the date. I believe the surprise is that she is also going to be doing an internship at his school, just like Zane is doing. This will obviously cause them to be working together, which is certain to cause some major jealousy for the MC.

Nikki moving to Madison Springs, she says that she is probably going to try and find part time work at a gym there. I believe that Zane is gym guy that we see training with Val. We also see Zane say to his friend how he can't stop thinking about Nikki since seeing her at the beach bar with the MC, if you also go on Val's beach date while on Nikki path. I believe that Zane and Nikkis paths will cross at the gym no doubt.

So many developers are afraid to do this IMO, for the player to feel like there's a threat to the MC being "centre of the world" which of course he still is, but a bit of friendly rivalry is a good thing I think.
It also gives a "fuckboy" MC some consequences perhaps? If he is messing around with other girls and gets found out, he see's the girl he's been "dating" ride off into the sunset with someone else.

lol glad I didn't replay the 0.13 Erynn path in the morning. Got me a cheap 4k TV today which I just wanted to kick back before bed so I don't have to be in front of my computer to chill. I decided for the hell of it to see if I can play Intertwined on my new TV with my PS5 a controller and it works lmfao.

Gonna replay the Erynn path tonight like this before bed . Most likely will replay my other paths like this as well kinda of a nice chill way to play my favorite AVN.

I know not really about the game and a little OT. Just felt like sharing as didn't think it would work and kind of happy it does.

But to onto something a little game related. I heard you actually have a choice between Erynn and Val in this update. Does it end any paths ( I don't got that save yet to check). One of the first multi path saves I want to make when I do play them.

I have a save stopped at the Erynn/Val choice in ep13 but I don't know if it is a permanent lockout. I was hanging onto it because I noticed they haven't really interacted with each other all that much and I was curious. I was going to go back to it after I clear my solo routes.

Nice dude! You get to see Erynn in 4k.

No it doesn't seem to end either path yet I don't think, but you do lose a whopping 10 points with Erynn or 2 points with Val.

Just did my Val only playthrough for the first time and noticed some things, not sure if its been mentioned on here before. So in one scene she at the gym with some guy and later on that same guy i assume comes behind her and hugs her after that morning run with the MC when she thought the MC was the one who hugged her. At first i thought this might be her brother, but now in the latest episode she mentioned she was an only child, which means that may be her boyfriend and she's cheating on him with the MC. And her mom (which im thinking is probably Ximena) mentioned the name Zane which i assume is Erynn's ex Zane and also Brooke's brother. Did i got this right? If true then Val is not an cute innocent girl after all like i thought
