I was going by the loose definition of the "if she's not a virgin, MC has been NTR'ed" crowd that frequents F95. Not the actual definition of NTR.correction, it's only NTR if she was an LI in the game, which she is not
Most definitely bug fixes. Can't say it with 100% certainty but i believe Nyx updates the version as:

Officially did the no friends run (which is why I went with Ethan had to get in character). Erryn hates me guts but on the plus side none of ethan's goofy assed shenanigans.
Also, can officially confirm there is no way whatsoever to get to Elena without breaking Layla's heart. You need to get invited to the hot tub party which requires a certain threshold which cant be achieved without making layla fall in love with you.

This is why we have said for ages that it sucks that Elena's path can only happen by hurting Layla. I wish that Nyx had given a way for it to happen naturally, Layla wouldn't have been against it and may have actually supported it, if the MC had shown an interest in Elena while only being friends with Layla. Much like that one scene where Erynn kicks you out of the house, Nyx needed tension between Elena and Layla because that's the only way she could get the elena romance to work I suppose. Esp with their being best friends. This sucks because that means there's only one path to Elena and it's mostly the Layla path with a few scenes added. Not suitable for replayability if one is into that sort of thing.
That's very true, i honestly just split a save into 2 at the point you make the decision, there's 0 reason to make a Elena save from the beggining.
