Even if she met Santi, she wouldn't have known he was the MC's bio dad. They (MC and Erryn) thought it was Andres.

He is 6 foot+. If he can pass and do three pointers, he is tall enough. However he will likely go for the track and field sports route for scholarship.

6 footer is quite small as basketball player but it can work but he's heading to track racer atm. doubt he will start throwing discus etc aka become decathloner.

Wasn't MC previously a football player, which is why Zack had him try-out for the team? Not sure how any advice Zo would give him about basketball would have translated.
As for nobody telling MC he lived close to Zo, wouldn't he have been on the road a lot? Then he retired when MC moved away for 5 years. Not to mention, I wouldn't say they live "near". On Alexis path she tells him she'll see him in 10 after his run in the park, he says he's not even close. Also Adriana needing to drive him home after taking Alexis clubbing.

club isn't in hometown or it's on other side of it. most of town is in walking distance.

Ignore the advice portion of my statement it was just extra. The important thing is autographed stuff from one's favorite player.
As for closeness, Alexis was walking home on the infamous day that Erryn and MC got separated. They cant be that far apart.

The ride home by Adriana was from Zo's to Emily's
I'm baffled why knowing a celeb would entitle someone to autographed merch. Emily obviously steered clear of Santi, Zo's best friend, while married to Andres which also extended to not seeing her college roommate too. The only tangible connection MC had to Zo was he occasionally saw Alexis when she hung out with Erynn. As Alexis has shown, she likes keeping his identity private.
Alexis walked out of the party, but we don't know if she was walking home or waiting for a ride away from the bickering.

He's not entitled to anything, doesn't mean he wouldn't try to get it.
Alexis walked away from a clear landmark in erryn's house to go to a random place to get picked up?
The reason why he was driven home was because he was drunk not because they were far away.

I just explained why Emily and Alexis wouldn't get him autographed merch.
Alexis left the backyard, she could have waited out front because she was fed up with Ethan.
He wasn't drunk, because he had just driven Alexis home after they went clubbing with Iris. He was about to walk home because they took one of the Monroe cars into town.

Alexis wouldn't have done so anyway. She barely knew him as a kid, and even on Alexis's path, he spent half the time ignoring her. Emily might've only done it in desperation to get him to come back from Andres. Other than that, yes probs wouldn't have approached him. Regardless, this is about MC, not them.
She might have, but I doubt she's hanging out with Erryn every day, relying on Mom for a ride. That would be insanity.
If we're talking about the same instance, Im pretty sure he was drunk, but even if he wasn't, it was still late at night.

So you acknowledge that MC has no clue where Zo lives, or that he even knew anyone that knew him, but he would still hunt for his autograph? Emily sent MC to live with Andres because he was being rebellious, so not sure why she would need to lure him back with an autograph. I'll give you an anecdote, my mum worked with someone related to Thierry Henry's first wife. Being a big Arsenal fan, my brother didn't ask for an autograph because he wanted to respect their privacy and not have family members begging him for autographs. If he runs into him in public or at a sporting event, that's fine, but tracking down where they live is weird.
Why is it insanity for a parent to pick up her child from a friends house? As you said, she wasn't there every day, it wasn't a school day so Adriana wouldn't be at work.
The MC may have had one drink, drove Alexis home and put her to bed. When he placed the keys in the kitchen, Adriana confronted him, he told her he would get a bus home, she told him she would drive him because busses don't run that late and the body that was found.

Before he left originally MC doesn't appear to have had much to do with Lexi, other than she was one of the older kids that he felt he was losing Erynn to, until the stolen kiss and they appear to have not talked after that incident.
When he comes back there are still reasons why no-one would tell him that Zo is Lexi and Layla's dad. If he's in a relationship with Lexi then she probably feels like telling a new boyfriend that she has a famous father will either scare them off, or they'd stop being interested in her and more interested in finding out about her father, both situations may well have happened to her in the past. For the same reason Emily and Erynn wouldn't mention anything to MC not wanting to risk his budding relationship.
There's no-one who knows about MC and Layla getting together who knows about MC's fanboying of Zo, except Erynn on the ASP but even then, she'd be worried that if she told MC then he'd get scared off both Lexi and Layla if he found out, which is not what she wants on the ASP.

I been acknowledged that. My problem wasn't with that portion of the statement. Let me break it down like this: If I had Michael Jordan in my neighborhood, I might not know where he lives, but I would know he was there. He doesn't even know that until this update. Unless Alexis just moved there before the events of that game, his not knowing about Zo isn't believable to me. I suppose whether or not one would try to get an autograph and how he would go about it is irrelevant.
How far away Alexis is is irrelevant. We can't debate what Alexis did that day without further information. The best we can do is play the guessing game. Since both theories are plausible, it's pointless to debate that aspect further. Their being in the same neighborhood is the aspect I'm focusing on.

Second he was a young kid he didnt even think about parents of a girl he just knew due to her being friends with someone he had a crush on

I think he's questioning why a 13 year old would suspect his crush's friend was the daughter of his idol, that wouldn't cross anybody's mind, especially as they have different surnames.
Does MC know Zo plays for the local team? Sure. Does that mean he lives "close"? Not really. Plenty of athletes live more rural and commute.
When MC first sees Alexis' house, he's shocked at how big it is. If it was in his neighbourhood, would he really be that shocked at such an affluent house? It's clearly a part of town he isn't familiar with.

He wouldn't. But he should notice his favorite athlete walking around town. Zo isn't exactly a nobody and even if one argues they arent in the same neighborhood, they're close enough .
Why it seems he was at school and home and his best friends home who was an older female that lived right next door
