What you're talking about is evolution theory, selective breeding and the like over a really fucking long time, it's a bit of a different topic. The desired traits you mentioned come as a result of random mutations mostly, not from parent to offspring in one generation.
You'd have to show me something on that, to be honest. Like the fox experiment or other genetic crosses you can select for a trait it shows up stronger in the first generation.
