Just finished the latest episode on the Melissa Path and man that's an insane cliffhanger based on her reaction and the shadow I believe its real this time at least I hope so as a Melissa fan I really hope its not another bait and switch dream scene moment I already fell for those multiple times

It wouldn't be the first time Nyx did something like that though, there's no specific point where you agree to be Layla's boyfriend for example, it just happens if you have enough relationship points, it would be a similar thing with Mel.

My guess is first part of the scene is true, MC did visit, they did have some drinks.
After that, Melissa got completely wasted and blacked out.
The rest is her drunken dream.
MC was worried for her, brought her to her bed, then stayed in chair or such to watch over her.
So he might be close to her in next update, but no cheating.
As for why she's missing her bra, she took it off herself while in bed. Or perhaps even before going to bed. Drunk people do drunk people stuff.

So far, don't think there's a single actual cheating where you don't get option to not go through with it.
This would be first such instance, don't think Nyx would do that...

She's got more personality than half of main LIs, and most of side girls.
Sure, that personality sucks, but at least she's got something (unlike Alexis or Cara for example, booooring)

But gotta disagree about the personality bit unless there is alot the comes to the surface if you play her path. But I can't imagine there is. not sure how much you played of it. I didn't like Alexis's path until your officially become her girlfriend then it felt way better for me but then how depends what you like. Out of those 3, only Melissa high points requires some "effort", aka flirting.

The other 2 are literally:
Not being a human piece of shit
Letting your mother have a bit of happiness and love in her life

not sure how much you played of it. I didn't like Alexis's path until your officially become her girlfriend then it felt way better for me but then how depends what you like. I personally loved it because to me the path makes her feel like an actual girlfriend why she is my 2nd favorite in this game

All of it, including Alexis -> Val swap (though avoided date in this case, less hurting break-up).
I just find her too standard.
Great girlfriend material, just not interesting as VN love interest for me to care.
