It really doesn’t feel like there will be a viable Elena-only run. It’d be nice, but breaking Layla’s heart kinda wrecks the relationship.
On the other hand if you get maximum Elena points yet stay with Layla, it really looks like Layla would be open to a throuple. She’s fine with fooling around with Elena herself; she’s fine with the MC getting sexual with Elena when she’s present. As long as the decision ultimately lies with her, she’ll go for it.
At some point they’ll all be in Layla’s room, Layla will tell Elena, “It’d be so hot if I could watch him fuck you,” Elena pretends she’s annoyed and reluctant but she’s down, and the MC gets to make sweet, sweet love to her while Layla frantically jills off and cums hard. Be honest, you’d rather see that than the Elena-only scenario.

I'll answer honestly - a threesome with Elena and Layla is a tempting option, but in terms of sympathy and relationships, I'm only interested in Elena (in my opinion, Layla is one of the most boring characters), so I will believe and hope until the very end of the novel that Nix will make a full-fledged route with Elena without extra people.

I always appreciate the true commitment to a character being boring, by misspelling their name, multiple times. When you can't be asked to remember a name, that character truly didn't leave a mark on you.
I've pretty much chalked Elena up to being like Holly in Leap of Faith. Good character but you have to go and do something drastic (cheat on Lexi) for her route. Elena's route has almost the same vibe but at least the MC didn't sleep with Layla first and then tell her he was into Elena the next day.

Just like that, it's the only way to setup the throuple. Also, if you choose another LI in LoF, you can setup the pairing that way.
