Erynn is still gonna be my first path well not really. Gonna be playing a few paths at the same time and keep loading different saves base on what girl shows up but gonna start with Erynn

I'm doing 3. Erynn, Erynn/Lexi and my Gabi save.

So sick of this shit of restarting now. Supposed to be an experienced dev at this stage..not some dumb ass fucking up his second update. Beyond a joke. I may even wait until it's finished before I bother, then there's no chance of yet another restart.

I even had multiple people tell me with ren'py experience that you don't have to break saves even if you mess with variables, but what do I know, don't know the particulars. Still, I'm with you on the being pissed thing, I fucking hate to restart such a long game.

Erynn is gonna be my first, Val second, Alexis vs Erynn third.

Other girls will wait a bit, not because i don't like them, but because i suspect the girls i just mentioned will ge more stuff from V15.

Not only the game is long, it's one that asks for multiple saves... one more thing that contributes to these restarts becoming annoying.
Which is yet another annoying factor, this is the 3rd time she's doing this, couldn't be throrough enough to fix what was broken the last time?

I had 8 saves after 13, some of the 8 just small variations.
For example there's 2 "Layla" saves and they are quite similar, except one has Gabi and the other is Laylena.
This also happened on Alexis vs Val, it got split into one where Alexis got dumped(so it's just Val now) and one where i'm waiting to see the fireworks.

I feel you. But calling Nyx an experienced developer is a bit of a stretch. It's precisely because she isn't that she's making these changes. These are all changes in the first episodes, where she was still much more inexperienced than she is today. You can also see this in the fact that she made the mistake of people pleasing, which is now coming back to haunt her. If you look at the code, you can also see that we're not dealing with a complete professional here.

Admittedly, it annoys me too to have to restart all my paths. But on the other hand, there will be quite a while between Ep15 and Ep16. Enough time to get everything up to date.
