My guess this was after training camp. Zach was so excited after meeting Erynn in person since he had been lusting after as a model. (The last time they saw each other was when they were kids.)

I have a hard time seeing that working though. I just can't see what he could say/show that would come between the long-standing (if complicated) friendship we've seen across all paths (even when we're not that kind to Erynn). Possibly a path where we ignore Erynn being assaulted by Ethan because we want to get the shopping home, but that would be a small percentage of playthroughs and probably not worthwhile on Nyx's behalf.
Taking pictures of MC-Val, MC-Layla, even Gabi or Tori. Planting doubt in Erynn. Bringing up negative memories – in messages like, "Remember when MC suddenly disappeared? Who knows what he was really doing..." Friendly warnings – disguised as concern: "I don't want you to get hurt again. He hasn't changed." Maybe something like this?
That would be the obvious "what", but it's a case of whether it would work on Erynn, which is what I would be less sure about. Maybe if it was coming from someone who means something, but from Zach?
It doesn't matter who the message comes from. What matters is that it sows a little uncertainty.
Maybe a bit, but the source does come into it as well. Even an anonymous source is better than some named sources, because there's an instant mistrust. Why would Zach be doing this to his supposed friend? There must be an ulterior motive, etc. I just don't see it being enough to work on Erynn.
While I wouldn't dismiss Zach doing that kind of thing at this point, I don't see Erynn doubting us when we're helping her with the blackmail and we both have already come clear about our past. I could see this becoming a problem after we've dealt with both Ethan and Zach. If we pursue Erynn then, I imagine that's when the choices we've made with other girls would start to conflict but not while the Ethan situation remains unresolved.
