Jokes aside. I can kinda see a throuple variation with Erynn and Alexis. But it's pretty tight in points and conditions. I mean there is the threesome talk in the last chapter.

you can play both paths for now if you make the correct choices. It hasn't gone full stop if you make the right choices yet. But there are choices that does kill the route for both you can just avoid them for now. But I think you don't have enough LP with Erynn to get 1 scene with her ( that 1 is tough to get even with a solo path for her) As you only can make 1 or 2 wrong moves and some aren't obvious.
But the saves will break in the next update anyways so might as well just do what you like
'For now' do you mean I can play both for all 14 released chapters/episodes, or at some point I'll have to choose 1 of them?

well it's not a harem so at one point either they are gonna break up with you or you will have to pick yes. I dobt a throuple will ever happen there. But like I said saves gonna break anyways so doesn't matter if you gonna be playing the game for the first time now.
I guess by the time I have to make a choice I'll already have a favorite between them anyways. I'll just enjoy the ride and see which one clicks with me more. Thanks !

if you want spoilers on how to keep both Erynn and Alexis paths open as there are break up points if you pick wrong
Go running with Layla and don't hangout with Alexis. ( you do miss an Alexis scene but if you are on Erynn's it's a break up point)
Help Erynn in the Alley
Make sure not to manwhore with Layla as if you do both Alexis and Layla will break up with the MC at some point.

Curious why is the Mod suggesting me to reject Rachel in the house and end her path so early in the game?

Not sure what the 2 choices are between as id have to replay the game but spoiler she dies so for that reason it's probably better to do the other choice.
Well at the start of the game you see her in the plane, she starts 'performing' a bj but is interrupted. Later in ep 1 she's in the house and offers to finish the job and the mod is suggesting rejecting and ending her path, which I thought is a little weird bc it's still ep 1.

You'll lose points with Emily and even though she's not an LI it's a good idea to get good points with her.

Yes, there is that, but that's precisely why you should do it (if you wish) on a first playthrough - it's a case of making your own mistakes, and in this case getting some potentially pretty strong scenes as a result. I'll always recommend doing a "blind" run the first time round, so you can figure out who you like for yourself, and then if you like the game, you can then do a dedicated run for the girl (or girls) you like.
Specifics for Rachel have already been mentioned, but personally I would say it's because the mod is giving you the "best" options, however, that's in the opinion of the person who made the mod, and might not be what is "best" for each individual player.
