So, when you ever get a girlfriend and she dated someone else before you, she made a mistake? Sigh

Well you can debate if landing in bed with Melissa was a mistake while they were broken up for a few days. Most of us have had some rebound sex after a relation ended after all. Starting up a relation with Santiago again behind Andres's back though, even if it was just to talk about MC and nothing sexual, was a betrayal of Andres.

You know being in a relation is also looking after the interest of the other persons in that, even if they may have some irrational hatreds. At the end though it feels like that Emily always cared more for Santiago as Andres and just abused him for her purposes instead of having been his partner and should have never ever married him in the first place.

First of all, she's not gonna be a hooker (seriously doubt Nyx gonna go that route), second, if we don't see her having sex with someone else (especially if we haven't entered into a relationship yet) it's NOT NTR!

It doesn't really matter if she has/had sex for love, love of dick, or money.
Whatever the reason, her being a hooker or an escort is a valid plot twist and more realistic than anything else given how she was portrayed during the last phone call with MC.

The only thing I am concerned about is MC, yet again, wallowing in self-pity after Erryn explains the situation and points out that if he never had left she would not be in this situation.

Too much of "shifting blame" is used in the story plot so far.

Erryn to me seems to be in a relation she does not want to be in and is forced to, but remember even if she might have partly made the mistakes when she was much younger, she did make her bed at least partly herself with Ethan and did not act or ask for help in all those years after from those that were there around her like her mom and Alexis.

Most of those tricks still leave you with an option, at some point we will be forced to make a choice(which may already have been made) between Layla and Alexis.
Layla being your bio-sister would just pull Layla off the roster, with no further intrigue (unless the incest tag makes a surprise appearance).

Both Alexis and Layla consider the person who the principal is married their father, could be step father? Sure, but that would mean Santi 2 times impregnated someone and left the children to be raised by someone else...

I agree. Both of them were extremely young and dumb and obviously had some resentment toward each other the entire time. The only difference is that Andres is still a cunt and Emily is a pretty good mom.

The main theme of the game is the cyclical nature of history. So what will happen is this:

Erryn will become pregnant with Ethans child and the MC will be forced to take care of it. Thus everything becomes full circle.

Ok just finished and man! MC just can't seem to catch a break....everywhere he goes bad luck follows him like a dark cloud of needless drama and misunderstandings. I'm curious how these relationships get sorted out, my initial playthrough is for Lexi, so of course I wanted to forgive her, but since she's taking that option off the table by not forgiving herself (for the moment), I had hoped to try and reconcile with my fall back choice of Cara...doh, another doomed relationship where people just can't seem to be honest about their feelings so there is no more heartbreak due to misunderstandings. I really wanted to play without cheating, but it's getting harder and harder for me not to feel torn between Lexi and Erynn, The mc just has too much history with them to just walk away for a second time. As for the other L.I. I was considering, Layla is cute and adorable, but easily friend-zoned for me right now.

So....stupid question here, but do we know for a fact Andres is a cheater? Just would suck to jump to conclusions yet again without having all the facts in.

By the expression of her face you can really see that she isn't happy at all. She's in dark spot, probably wants out but doesn't know how. And here's the hole in entire plot. Something or someone is keaping her from leaving. Whether its a blackmail or something else. What kind of job she does? Prostitution, striping with touch me element, some sort of addult escort whatever its clear that she doesn't like it a bit. You can say that she's a hooker, by the job she does. The q in my mind is is Ethan in anny possible way conected to it. Does he blackmail her or its something else? From last episodes you can see that she isn't a fan of him and yet somehow he have a grip over her.

As for MC shifting all the blame to himself its more 50-50. Sure he does have some fault in some cases but he isn't responsible or fault for Erynn, choices she made and job that she do. Its all on her an her alone. Note that i like Erynn, she's like number 1 girl for me in this game but you have to be real in some questions.

I believe he did. Since it seemed like Nikki/Cara told their mom, and in turn talked to Andres. And I can only hope Andres told them the truth. Since they tell MC that he helped keep their mom from making a terrible mistake.

A great update, really liking everything going on at the moment.
Gasped a few times when i understood we would meet Layla and Lexi together and when I understood the former roommate of Emily is actually Lexi and Layla's mother. (Intertwined is not even close to what we got. ^^ )

It was also funny to see the young Dylan trying to be the bartender.
And it was great to see how the friendship between Emily and Melissa started, I didn't actually expected Mel to be the responsible one. In the present, Emily feels like the adult of the two and Mel likes to play so much. Nice touch to see this.
By the way, their relationship reminded me a tad of that of Erynn and Lexi. Speaking of Erynn, I was already worried about her before the update but now even more so. Feels almost like she's blackmailed by Ethan to do some escort job but I really hope I'm very wrong there...

As for the person we meet in the plane, the only one I can see there is Lakeyn. And I really hope it's the case because travelling to Riverside should have been a nice opportunity to see her, if the trip wasn't shortened because of drama.
(And Valeria was the other one I missed in this update, so let's hope we'll see more of her next time.)
