ok I think my game is broken. I get a lot of Error screens which i can ignore but when I am sitting home and waiting for a delivery? Error and switch to Main Menu screen.

This is so frustrating if this happens.

Oh my i played episode 9 today and boy it was dark ending. If that girl near garbage bin is indeed Erynn one can presume what might happend. I played only one Nikki route for now and for sure tomorow i'll try some other LI. Speaking of Nikki who could've guessed that coach Mike is her dad. And John, why do i have this feeling it'll be drama when he finds out Erynn is his daughter and Iris's stepsister. This is one kind of a game where i care about story, MC and other characters. I can't wait till episode 10 comes out to see what happend to Erynn. And it seams video Ethan is using to blackmail Erynn is alllegit. And last Zach you bastard. In my playthrough i ditched Val for you idiot. What kind of a pushy idiot you have to be. Ethan surely deseves Oscar for acting and what he had done.

i did over 10 months ago in one of my theories! actually i said Cara... i presumed her mother was a slut and the girls had 2 diferent fathers... they might still do but their mother just lied to Mike!

I just laughed hard when Zack tells u about Layla and how after the MC arrives she oesn´t pay any attention to him, when that never happened lol or also the sex he tought he had with Elena, I liked him ,after this episode I like more the friend MC had when he was living with Cara and Nikki, hope he comes back.

Zack was actually ok as friend of MC before episode 9. He's agressive and pushy with females, he doesn't listen and if he's gonna listen that trash Ethan boy he's in for a tuff ride. In my play i ditched Val for him giving him opening. However thag idiot doesn't know to listen and boy is he loud with his sexual fantasies. Whether it is with Layla, Elena, Val. Guy simply burries himself constantly.

The story doesn't move forward IMO at all

I have to say the MC went from likable to weak POS (this is more on the Dev than the MC himself)

The MC gets jumped (if the MC is with Alexis she is threatened along with Elyrnn)

The MC does nothing and is sitting on his computer playing games.

The MC doesn't involve the authorities, he doesn't get Alexis and Elyrn together and tell them what is going on, doesn't tell Melissa or his mom anything, yep just is sitting upstairs playing on the computer without a care in the world (the MC knew about Elyrnn working, didn't offer to go with her, check in on her, nope, just let her go to work after everything that had happened) and then has a bad feeling about something bad happened to Elyrnn? No shit.

When Melissa asks the MC to go check some bars and clubs but, doesn't go with the MC?

Come on, the police would be called (yes, I know it's not 24 hours, and many departments will not put in a missing person report until then) but Melissa would be with the MC, along with the MC's mom, and Alexis (and her entire family)

The MC doesn't say at that time, Melissa there is something going on and I am worried....and tells her about Ethan. Nope.

She would be pissed but the police would 100% get involved at that point, nope they ask an 18-year-old kid to go find her.

A weak update is an understatement.

I hate to break it to you, but if you don't have a Layla playthrough, you don't have a good Elena one either. You have to be on Layla's route to get close with Elena.

It sounds like you tried playing the update without having applied the update to the old version but as if it's the full game. Try copying the files over the ones in the previous versions folder on your PC and give it another run.

Jeez, I hope Cara will move to her dad. Didn't play her route before, but now I just can't see MC with anybody else (except Iris for the next reason). It feels like these relationship won't affect anyone in these tiny city and it's the safest option.

I guess manwhore is not an option anymore...

Being on the sort of opposite side (Nikki route) I agree, I'm deep with Nikki and I can see her getting along with everyone in town. Sadly in Nikki's case, she has to go back her job so I highly doubt he'll move with Mike.

Ok, just finished the update..

The first thing I want to say is that I'm a little disappointed with the direction of this update, but it's just my unfulfilled expectations, so it's not really important.

Second thing - I replayed the whole game from the very beginning after a long break and.. I was very upset. Why? Because your choices in game don't matter. You like Elena but don't like Layla? YOU MUST earn "Layla points" to see content with Elena. Because at the beginning, when choosing to go to class or skip, your decision does't affect anything and you meet Layla. I understand that they are friends, but as for me - this is stupid.

Anyway, it's a good game with good plot twists. Girls don't seem dumb like in many games.. Plus they are all cute and everyone will find their type of girl, BUT read the paragraph above. This game deserves to be in the top, despite all its disadvantages.

In the end, I want to wish NYX strength and patience to finish the game.

I hope for the logical conclusion of all the plot twists and the opportunity to be in a relationship with different girls.

just did a fast nikki replay from the start with a lot of skipping for the frst 8 episodes because I overwritten my nikki ep8 save)

if you choose not to intervene when ethan's slapping erynn, MC doesn't get beaten up by ethan and his goons. ethan walks away with zach, turns around and says something like "erynn's a good lay, you missed that but that story's over for you now". and you're left there thinking if she's a hoebag after all

It also tells us that without the MCs help/support she cracked but when you support her she tries to stand up to him which leads to the current predictament.

I don't think there will be drama with John he seems like one of the nicest most solid dudes there is, if/when he learns that Erynn is his daughter he will support her i have no doubts.
It will be a rare wholesome moment in her whole plotline.

Zach's betrayal will not be forgiven, his idiocy was already beyond bounds and now he's also unloyal despite me doing my best to help the idiot.

Same here. I saw some 2 hour Youtube Video about Adult games and how massive they have grown over the years. One of them was beeing a dik and since it was not available here in Germany I straight up went to the patreon page.

This was a fantastic experience but also a very bad choice since almost no game is as polished as Being a DIK. This one here does not even have music (or I am doing something wrong) Games I play will now always have to compare to Being a Dik and a Wife and Mother reagarding the Quality^^

Another one would be no more money. This one is great too. But it really needs soe music and presentation IMO

When Nyx said there was game over path, she explained you could keep playing but there would be a lot less content going forward on that path.
And the thing about Nikki/Cara is that they pop up have an episode dedicated to them and go missing for the next 2 or 3.
The path where you don't help Erynn, not only burns you with Erynn, but with Alexis too... and we can probably include Iris here when she learns they are sisters...
At the end you will be relying on Nikki popping up every 2/3 updates to have anything.
