She wasn't really mad at the MC for boinking Alexis, she was mad at Alexis for lying and hiding this fact from her, she thinks she deserved at least a heads up from her.
Ethan is someone she met at high school, a different friends group, that eventually starts crossing over with the MC which is someone she knows due to being neighbors and their moms being friends.
We can see that Ethan's attitude pisses her off, but honestly it's reasonable that she didn't completely closes the door on him because of that(innitially)... i think she would eventually get to the point of shutting him out, but due to the MC leaving and Ethan playing good guy for a while it took a lot longer to happen.
She also didn't know half the stuff Ethan used to do, she just witnessed some light mocking apparently.
And no she had no knowledge she was being filmed.

In my Cheat Mod you can rename the MC, but it's a bit hidden: while playing the game press the Mod menu button at the bottom (or press "Shift" +"k") -> Additional game settings -> Change MC name
You must be registered to see the links
After the renaming and making a new save you can delete my Mod again if not needed

Gabi does have the feel that she's gonna come crashing down on other relationships rather than being a happy ending possibility...

Is your mod based on the old 0.11 with that first bugfix from this board or based on the actual 0.11.2?

The Mod does not change the game files. It only adds cheats for the game points/gallery unlock/additional game settings to it (+some more minor things), not a walkthrough like the one from scrappy. But it should be compatible to it. This Mod is actually the "small" version from my music player Mod from here.

even the old 10.5 mod ran just fine on v11 except the gallery
Still pretty sure it's trolling, even so i'll take this as a plus to my argument that Rachel can pass as a Erynn stand in
Massively enjoyed this game, but am too stupid to get with Valeria or Layla. Does it involve straight up ignoring Alexis and Erynn to make it work?
