the reason why I constructed the sentence(s) about erynn's knowledge of the tape in that way is because that was exactly how much she knew about the tape's existence until jawguy saw it
and, even more important, to mock her gullibility and stupidity

don't get me wrong, I'm not an erynn hater
but nyx... I don't know... the way she wrote ANYTHING in this game with erynn is just horribly bad and best to avoid if possible
from drama for drama's sake
to postponing any possible conclusion to it as much as possible.
I already wrote recently - its not that she can't write a slow burn, layla's is fantastic imo
but erynn's... god help us all.

Nyx approach with Erynn is:
"Oh you want to solve the problems she has right away and innitiate a proper relationship? Here's some brand new problems for you."

Yes, I might return to check comments and what really happened only when game get's completed. Definitely not before that. Like someone said earlier, I'm not bothered by slow burn, I have played fair share of such games, I can wait, but in the meantime I have really long list of games to play, which would def keep me occupied enough to don't even think about this one till it get's completed and everything get's revealed. Like I'm not even bothered by the slow burn or the cockblock aspect of Erryn's story. What I'm bothered about is the character who was literally the second person introduced to us and whose conflicts we're as vanilla as they get, over the course of the story turned darker and darker.

I honestly understand why people may like her but she's just not my cup of tea currently given how her story progressed. I'd be very happy to get back into her story when the dev finishes the game or at least gives a proper explanation to how stuff happened. As it stands, everything is open ended and I can't understand for the life of me if Erryn's ends up with a happy ending or gets NTRd to infinity and beyond.

A complete story and I'll get back into her route, whatever the ending may be.

yeah I can see that and makes alot of sense thank you for explaining your reasoning more .I try not to think in the back of my mind she will always have a happy ending despite it being open ended and not complete. I know part of the reason I like her story is the dark side for whatever reason I found in other games I like the LI with the darker stories where the MC helps them.

The problem with the Erynn storyline is that there was not only meant to be a vanilla relationship route but also a corruption option with her where you joined forces with Ethan to corrupt her and turn her into a whore but Nyx dropped that storyline and only gave the option of helping or ignoring her. Which means that Zach is automatically betraying MC by bringing him to Ethan, instead of potentially setting up an alliance. Given there won't be a corruption option for Erynn also means there won't be an NTR route either, we either won't see what happens to her if you choose not to help her or you'll help her get Ethan out of the way and her out of the escort game before she becomes a whore.

My assumption is that MC who enters into the corruption route doesn't believe Erynn regarding the misunderstanding about the flower before he moved away and still believes she laughed him off, and is only being nice to him now because she wants his help with Ethan. Perhaps in that meeting set up by Zach, Ethan tells MC how Erynn just kept leading him on as teenagers and that the sex tape was recorded after she decided to leave a date (like prom night) that she went to with Ethan but she left with Zane instead and then Zane (who could have been the school bully for example) sent him the tape to make him feel worse, he then says that MC should know what Erynn was like after she laughed at him giving her a flower and telling her how he felt about him. That then would have set up a choice for MC to believe Erynn and try and help her against Ethan, or believe Ethan and try and help him corrupt her to get revenge for both of them.

A corruption route doesn't necessarily require NTR (at least not visibly) for example Photo Hunt has a corruption route for the sister that doesn't feature NTR.

Sorry if this is too long don't got alot of time so tried to give you a summary reply quickly as she is one of my all time favorite AVN stories and characters. Because of that I probably didn't properly edit them down to shorter points. I also probably missed a few piece's here and there due to me rushing or forgetting things..

MC confesses to her Ethan shows everyone else something on the phone they laugh at so MC thinks they were laughing at them. After getting in trouble at school he is sent away to live with his dad. Erynn sends him letters but never reads them because of the miss understanding.

Fast forward to when he comes back to town he tries his best to ignore Erynn because he is afraid of how ackward it would be. Erynn is the one that forces them to reconnect and they start to act like old childhood friends again from time time. She even acts like a second mother at times giving him rides to school etc.

During one of their hangouts together Erynn uses his phone to call Alexis. She then finds out Alexis lied and tried to keep the MC to herself despite knowing how Erynn always loved the MC. I might be forgetting on scene in between. But They make plans to talk or hangout she breaks those plans. MC comes across her hanging out with Ethan she notices and runs after him. They clear up the misunderstanding that cause the MC to leave after the MC yells at her.

MC comes across her again with Ethan later but he is being violent towards her. After saving her she tells the MC how Ethan pretended to be nice and friendly for a time after he left then when she refused to go out with him time and time again he went back to being the old Ethan. Ethan somehow records Erynn having sex with her boyfriend at the time blackmails her to go to prom with him. Erynn starts to model when she goes to college because of Ethans dad he becomes her agent and blackmails her again and starts to make do escort jobs tho none of them involved having sex yet.

After all this basically the rest of the scenes with her are about how the MC and get start to get closer to one another slowly. The MC does run into someone her trust in the middle of this to try to find away to help her. He also goes to and takes place in a photoshoot with her as after Ethan attacked her she starts to feel scared.

I would like to point out something that gives a little more info on her story . " MC thinks they are laughing at them" , Alexis notices that MC is sad and decides to talk with him , they end up bonding and she kisses MC . I think that part is a bit important . In present time Erynn gets mad thinking Alexis stole MC from her , knowing really well her feelings for him , but Alexis also developed such feelings when they were kids and she even was MC first kiss.

ah thank you yeah I knew that bit was important to Alexis but I always forget it does have some impact on Erynn cause that is when Alexis got feeling for him too.

It is also possible he was Alexis first kiss as she said how sweet she thought he was and she didn't seem as popular as Erynn.

He is just there to canon betray the reader.

I did felt lame having to choose between helping Erynn or ignore to earn just bad karma. That choice is egregious sad.
I'm all into ignoring her for some juicy development, this is where the darker Erynn path should started but nah. Vanilla ice-cream is the dev favorite.

I finally played the "Alexis Secret Path", so i could fuck Iris... But having Alexis developpe feelings for MC because of Erynn will get us to choose between Lexi and Laila, or Elena if we choose to heartbreak Laila. Some big dramas to come with the next episodes. And If MC is still with Cara or Nikki, there's a moment when all of this will come back like a boomerang...
We will know about Zack when Spring break will be finished.
When John will take Emily on a date, maybe he will see Melissa again too and we will have the answer about Erynn and Iris...
My favorite path is Laila but it's hard (almost impossible) to stay respectful... i have to make some decisions to make other girls not loving MC (Elena, Valeria, Erynn, Cara/Nikki...).
And for now, i will wait 10 months or a year to know what's next... Good luck to make the next episodes being believable with all those different girls.

With so many characters to keep track of it is easy to have a couple of them slip through the cracks. Miguel is best known as Zach's chum who is the reason why Valeria sat next to MC on the bus because Miggy wanted to sit closer to Elena.



Edit: I forgot that he also drew a dick on Zach's face so he ain't all bad.
