Which sheds light on their relationship a lot more, Santiago seems to be Gabby's coach or scout or something related to her running days... the other picture when they're in a tuxedo and dress might very well be from a celebration when she won a race or something, which would be a VERY important event in Gabby's life (warranting a big ass picture in her home), and since he's her coach or something like that, it makes sense he would be in the photo.
Anyhoo, it seems Gabby has always had a crush on him, despite being married, and that's why she's also crushing on the MC... it's even hinted in her conversation with Ximena.

Not just her coach, she has a huge crush on him, and now has a teenage lover who looks like him... and her marriage is falling appart too... so who knows, maybe she's just trying to change stuff.

Probably not, knowing Nyx... Remember, Navarro is a big deal sports agent, he's very connected, literally and figuratively. But he at least doesn't appear to be this huge player people are making him out to be... so far we only know of exactly one child he has and one marriage and two relationships in total (married to Adriana, and Emily's ex). Not exactly a harem...OK , is that all his roleplay in the game or not yet ?!!

Nyx has said that she has explained what will happen to Patreon mods and they've given it the all clear, that means neither Lexi or Layla can have blood relations with MC so Santi is not their father.

So some of you might remember my previous advocacy for monogamous paths thru the game. Well, I just opened my Nikki path to play through episode 12, and… hey look, there’s Erynn in the MC’s bed! And she wants to have a sexy handsy shower with him!
Whoops; guess I didn’t create a monogamous Nikki path. Well shit. Now I gotta make one from scratch.
Because yes, you can have paths where you’re focused on one particular girl… with Erynn on the side. You can fuck Nikki, Cara, Layla, or Gabi; or pursue Valeria; and also do hand stuff with Erynn.
Can’t with Alexis. Because she and Erynn talk, and she’ll find out, and righteously dump your MC’s cheating ass.
I figure it’s only a matter of time before word gets back to your non-Erynn LI, and the game doesn’t usually let you break up with anyone unless you do something massively assholic. Best to just never start anything with Erynn. Treat her like a sister. A hot, nubile sister who always wants to cuddle and can’t keep her tits covered, but still.
