I really think you're overthinking this part of it, one of the things there's never been any doubt about in the game is the legality of the LIs, changing MC's age has no effect on them at all.

I mean that is a fair point but im confident there won't be any issues with Patron since apparently I heard Nyx has talked to the mods a few times and has gotten approval for things. But true patron could always change their mind about things. The question really is when Nyx got that approval did they actually look at everything currently in the game or what Nyx wanted to add.

To tired to think it through could be wrong but I guess this could mean he met her when he was 17 had sex at 18 and moved for 1/2 a year to Riverside with Nathan and the sisters.

patreon doesn't care if it's high school or college (unless has recently changed mind) as long as girls don't look too young, steam do cares on both aka no high school and girls need to look older (maybe even this but that's if this goes to steam).

Yeah if she wants to be on Steam, they can't be in high school and Iris's flashback sex scene must probably be censored/cut out in that version.
