Have you made it to the Truth or Dare game? There's a flashback to the moment when Val chooses truth. The only scene that really has some variability when you are dared to swap underwear with someone, as there are 3 options, if I recall correctly: Val, Layla, or Zak.

I'll be curious to see how the beach day with Erynn beats this... I found the whole beach day entertaining and the bar has been set high.

ok, did you not see the Truth or Dare scene where the kiss was brought up as a truth question? There should have been a brief flashback scene that shows her turning her head. She says something along the line of "I'm not ready for that" (my very rough paraphrasing) to Zach.
I had thought it was hardcoded so everyone saw it, but could be wrong.

I'm actually starting to really like Val too, and not just lusting after her 
She's a lot more reserved and harder to read than some of the others. Obviously she's the new girl and probably not quite sure yet about her new friends, but she's funny and smart. And I suspect very loyal to her friends.
It'll be really interesting getting to know her better.

The annoying thing is if there was an Elena path on a Layla friendzone path then it would work the same way as the Val path. and the only reason Lexi path hurts her is she hasn't had time to put MC in the friendzone (or get friendzoned by MC).

Hard to beat Val as she's got a damn good render. However, just like my ex, the closest she can ever get to a "yes" is "maybe" and that gets old real fast.
I think this is perfect though, no fighting. You go that way and I'll go this way. Everybody is happy.
