well you can believe what you want, but the dev confirmed who the LIs are, and she is not it. But keep on dreaming.

She said who are love interests. She said others may or may not be. So you assume since she didn't list those girls they aren't love interests.
In fact earlier this year on discord she said Gabi isn't a Li(yet) what could "yet" believe???
Your problem is you assume they aren't Li's when the dev clearly stated they COULD be, she is just not giving out the info, but apprently you need the dev to hold your hand and tell you everything other wise you will assume and believe something else.

and your problem is the opposite, you believe something the dev didn't say anything concrete about. Again, do what you will, we'll see who's gonna be right at the end.

While Val isn't a confirmed LI I do think she is a little more than a side girl. With how her content is she feels like she is going to be something between a LI and a side girl where she doesn't quite fit in either category. Unless Nyx actually decides to kill her off in the next update or 2 and she was around just get us and attached then take her away for story reasons. As I can see that happening after the cliffhanger ending with her.
I would be surprised if Gabi even get a ending tbh. I actually kind of hope she doesn't get one to me would make things feel weird and maybe a little forced. As there is nothing there but drunken sex and her being a teacher.
I can see Iris or Mira ( depending on what her future content is like) being a ending option for a MC that isn't on any path. They both have history with the MC , and Mira breaking up with her boyfriend and going to go with Nathan to vist in a week feels like a setup for a potential ending path to me. But I don't think they will ever be more than a side girl or something like Val where she feels in between unless they start to get content all of sudden.
Gabi is a little more than just drunken sex, you can console her at the track trip, then sex, you meet again and she says no feelings, no strings, just sex, so I feel like it will lead somwhere. Run in with her at resturant with Ximena. Just have to wait for spring break to end for more content,So I don't perosnally feel like it would be weird, but thats just me, we all have different opinions of different love interests.

ah seems I forgot alot of her path. tbh she doesn't interest me all that much so I probably forgot some of it and need to replay it then if it's a bit more than drunken sex since that's all I can recall.

yeah tbh with how things just played out this update I wouldn't be surprise if true tho I do hope ( wishful thinking) there is a way to prevent with a choice. Whenever I would see these screenshots posted in the past I used to think Nyx was just joking or trolling the ! makes me not take her post seriously lol. But after this update thinking I was wrong on that.
Assuming all of this is true and happens. I think John after this update isn't gonna make it. I'm still uncertain about Val I fear she might not but also the cliffhanger was good enough I just do not know what to believe.

She said "character" and not LI so I'm hoping that it could be Ethan and Zach as the two. And she says shot, not killed so...sorry I'm clinging on to any hope I can get!

Pretty sure that's just Nyx trolling, because those statements suggest it's a canon event and what reason would Ethan have for shooting Val if you're not on her path? With the Nikki plan MC went on that run with her even if you were on the Cara path or weren't pursuing either sister so if she had gone through with that it would have made sense.
I think this mainly came about because so many people dismissed the ep 9(?) cliffhanger and were sure it wasn't Erynn behind the dumpster because she wouldn't kill off a main LI after backing out of killing Nikki. So she's laid the foundations for this cliffhanger by not putting her on the LI list and making these statements. If she was actually planning on killing her off she wouldn't say anything (just like she only revealed that Nikki was planned to be killed after deciding not to kill her).

No idea, as I don't know Nyx and what she's like, but it does seem strange that she would give away such a plot point, especially with how the twists and turns are a key selling point of the story. She could just be really committed to the long con though!
She tipically says outlandish things to get a rise out of people.
Like you say i wouldn't expect her give up such a spoiler if this was actually what happened.
Personally i'm hoping Val just turned tail and ran, she's good enough to leave them in the dust.
Maybe a smashed phone...
I can see Nyx making Valeria not attend school on monday just to make things extra tense... and give us a reason to go to her house.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this one, I just can't see Nyx giving away the ending to a cliffhanger years in advance, it just looks like trolling of people wanting Val to be added to the LI list, we'll have to wait for ep 14 to know.
