Behind the counter is tipically Brooke's spot, but i think he did spend some time there.
Then again at a restaurant not many sit at the bar, tables are the main thing.
Dylan's bar has those lever operated beer taps, shouldn't be a problem right?
Cocktails might be a struggle, that's something i don't remember him doing, it's mostly wine, beer and champagne at the restaurant.

I know this is an AVN so logic gets tossed aside more often than not but I find it surprising that Gianna can just rope the MC into her shift considering he's not on the payroll for the bar at all. I know he's a friend to Dylan (I'm completely removing Alexis from this since you could literally be bf/friends/off route) but still, MC's gonna have to do some paperwork or something.

Knowing my luck, that's the day something breaks or the MC gets hurt during his shift. The size of this city changes with the needs of the story
, on one hand everyone knows everyone, running into someone by coincidence happens all the time.On the other hand... this city has a college that people move across the country for, an NBA team, the MCs mom restaurant is booked weeks/months is advance...
And yeah, it wouldn't be a surprise if something bad happens "coincidentally" with the MCs shift.
Nature of the beast, a scene where we serve beers and have no issues isn't worth showing...
There's also the fact that he's not getting paid for his work.
Though that could be solved by Dylan giving him the money and the MC handing it to Gianna.
