You'll have to find those scenes where Adrianna expresses disinterest, anger, or issues between Adrianna and Enzo, because I'm drawing a blank on most of what you are saying. As I'll have to go back and review them.
There is one scene that at Emily's restaurant, and that's all I can remember. The one where Adrianna gets annoyed at Enzo because he can't make it to the family dinner there with her, Layla, and Lexi. And her being irritated is entirely justified there.
Unless I've missed any other scenes, all the rest I can remember have shown him to be a loving husband and father. Whether it's one of the scenes with him and Adrianna alone in the kitchen, meeting the MC at the bar and "vetting" him as the boyfriend, going for runs every morning with Layla (Lexi if she starts running with MC), to the family dinner with MC.
Even the scene on Lexi's path where after wig shopping MC confuses Adrianna with Lexi for the trifecta, her first instinct is to roll with it being Enzo and gets quite into it. Not something that I'd expect from someone like Adrianna if their marriage was on the rocks. Very little that I can remember seeing implies any sort of issues or unhappiness in the marriage or family. Sure the family members have their own issues, such as arguments between Layla and Adrianna, Lexi and Adrianna, or Lexi and Layla, but nothing jumps out as being outside a normal parent/child or sibling dynamic.
Adrianna doesn't seem like the kind of person to want a kid with someone she's not actively involved or happy with.
