I don't think she's gonna get any action, Nyx schedule is already tight enough as it is to develop another forbidden relationship(and unlike Gabi she would have no excuse, she already would recognize the MC as one of the kids from her class).
She might get some minor scenes once Erynn gets started in school, she's a math teacher... she could supervise the new teacher, help during her first day, things like that.
