This episode was nice and disappointing at the same time. I know Nyx didn't enjoy making a bigger episode, but she was better off sucking it up and going for a bigger episode. It felt like incomplete episode..... it left me wanting more. It didn't even tickle my drama appetite.

That's why I feel this episode was mistake. Now that I played it, what's the point? It feels shorter than 12, it didn't do anything for me drama wise, and we're going to have to redo everything. The "dream/imaginary" sex scenes are getting out of hand.

I've never seen the point. If you don't want Alexis at her mile high club hookup best, you don't deserve her at her snaking her best friend's boyfriend on the beach worst.

Nyx is too harsh on herself, she said this update was going to be meh but it was a lot of fun, some genuine laugh out loud moments, a lot of story beats that progressed things.

She's not in it a lot, but there are scenes where she isn't on screen but it's still about her.
One scene in particular i found quite touching, those who played it will know what i'm referring to.
Her other scene is something that is harmless fun if you have her and no one else, but will probably make other girls insanely jealous once they see it... it's already being discussed by random girls at school, but no one relevant has caught wind of it yet.
Also Layla confirms she's been invited to the Monroe BBQ, no guarantee of her presence yet, but she got invited.

I can't see how this will ever lead to a satisfying ending, after all this time.
far too many loose threads and - above all - the "best friend" issue! I honestly can't see, how you will fix that, without having the whole community at your throad. at this time, just make him an antagonist! just think about the possible ramifications of his actions! there is simply no comming back (that would be accepted)!
the only solution I see, is to include some pretty dark endings. that would, at least, be believable. or consequential. not everything has to have a happy ending.
this whole project is an example of "bit off more than he could chew"

LIs were never forced on the MC before, he always had agency in what happens with whom. If something happens between them there will be a condition to it, either choice based, or point based, neither of those happened here the scene played out automatically. So he may or may not be in bed with her, but I doubt anything actually happened.

She's not forced. To even have the option to "compliment her" when you see her, you need to have enough points with her. Otherwise the option doesn't come up. So there is alot more build up to and including the compliment which drives the scene.
