I actually cringed at that it felt so awkward. To me he felt like he was Zack in that scene like she wanted to get away from him asap.

Yes that was an awkward moment. But then we've all probably been there at some point. He was also just told her story by Darryl so wanted to try and break the ice or reach out in a way.
I think that she was more surprised than anything. Also if the MC was acting like Zach he would have called her babe, since he rarely bothers to learn girls names.

Sometimes meeting or speaking to people for the first time can be awkward. The MC has been sitting next to her in class since he started so they aren't exactly complete strangers, they just wouldn't have spoken one on one before.
Like I said I think she was more surprised than anything. The MC also walks off straight after pretty much, which doesn't really help IMO. More of a drive by, than an attempt at a conversation.
Personally I think his approach while on the Gabi path should have been "Oh hey soon to be sister in law! I see beauty runs in the family. Damn your sister has a great pair of tits, and is amazing in the sack!" Too much you think?

Not sure why Emily can't see why the MC would be afraid to come to her about his suspension from school. I mean she sent him away to live with Andres for causing trouble at school and being a brat (pretty normal for a young teen) which turned out much longer than she expected certainly.
Thankfully she was really cool about it now, but I can understand the MC's fear of Emily and her actions/reactions.

I'm wondering if she (Erynn) posted it to her Instagram, or whatever the in-game equivalent is. It's been established she's got some real popularity online, hasn't it? They're probably a bit shocked to realize random-school-dude is her new pinup poster boy, especially since everybody else knows she's supposed to be working with Zane.

Don't think the ones I've left need to be resolved tbf.
Ethan's dad depends on how Nyx decides to resolve the whole blackmail option, there's a few options I can think of
- Erynn decides to go public about how her management company (specifically Ethan) treat her
- John "deals" with Ethan
- One of MCs many father figures (Santi/Andres/John) takes a bullet for MC, Ethan gets arrested
- The woman who Ethan raped goes to the police.
It needs to feel permanent, otherwise he'd come out of prison in a few years and it'd be back to square one.
The legal options feel boring which isn't Nyx's style, so I'm gonna say John takes a bullet for MC, then Iris puts one through Ethan. Erynn doesn't get to reconcile with her dad, but she gets comfort knowing him and knowing what he was like.
I don't think Ximena is Val's mum, she's interacted with MC and don't recognise him when he's with Val, and Val moved back recently, while it seems Ximena and Senorita Ramirez seem like they've been very close for a while.
Val also drops her phone if you're not on her path, so I feel like it wouldn't have been anything too bad. If it were, she wouldn't be interacting with MC openly at school
It's clearly her mom she only has that dialogue asking who is that boy only when you're on Val's route at the restaurant

Doing a Nikki playthrough and got the cutscene where he sits with Mike on the plane and acts shocked that Mike has two daughters and puts it together...despite the fact they literally saw each other in Haley's house, and he even saw Mike fucking Haley.

You didn't tell Emily that you were against it.
In Ep 10 if you tell her not to, there's no date and she doesn't have anything to bring up with Melissa when they chat in Ep 13. You go from spotting them while standing in Emily's room to Emily getting dressed in Melissa's backyard when you announce yourself.
If you tell her to go for it in ep 10, she goes on the date, but you can skip her describing it to Melissa in ep 13.

I think that is something Nyx mentioned making a variable to fix in the next update I forget to lazy to look at discord but I recall she mentioned it when she had that chat in discord

Originally there was going to be an option to side with Ethan and help him break Erynn. That's why there's a few options with Erynn that go nowhere or only close options without opening any new ones (like not believing her version of what happened with MC's confession and ignoring Erynn when Ethan is abusing her), it's also why you can get relationship points with Zach that are now totally redundant and why the game has the corruption tag on this website even though there's no corruption in the game.
