Yeah, I feel like she might just be messing with us to stir things up a bit, but still… I'm thinking about the train scene. When drunk Elena started getting "flirty" with both the MC and Layla. If she's the kind of person who gets all "playful" when she's had a few drinks, and she ended sharing bed with Zach after the party… I mean, I can kinda see how things might’ve spiraled. Like, maybe she started something to annoy Zach, and it's spirraled and they were both too drunk to think straight, and it just… happened. Who knows, might be stupid thought.
It makes some sense.
It is weird that he wakes up naked...
Against that there's the fact that Zach was passed out drunk.
And Elena truly hates him, drinking wouldn't change that.
