I tried the ultimate f-boy path:

Yes, I’m still on Erynn’s path. I broke up with Alexis and Layla, and also Nikki/Cara because of Julia. I tried to include Valeria too, but something happened there.
(I even hit Ethan with a fatality.)

There are still some loopholes in this path. For example, Erynn and Alexis are best friends—Erynn should have dumped me a long time ago, yet the path continues. After Emily’s date with John, I still hooked up with Iris (and somehow John was fine with it?), and later with Melissa. Still, there’s no mention of the Iris hookup at any point afterward—even when it’s revealed that John is Erynn’s father.

Strangely, not a single line of dialogue in Episode 14 references any of this like Ximena.

Nyx usually writes better when things get this wild, so I’m not sure what went wrong here in Episode 14.

Yes, she wrote well there. What’s more surprising is that in the same way Erynn’s path doesn’t close, despite all the double-timing. In similar situations, Nyx has written it so that love interests walk away or confront you—so it’s odd that Erynn just... stays.

Well up until the most recent episodes MC was Erynn's only hope of getting away from Ethan. It's telling that the only thing that causes Erynn to cut you off is if you don't help her when Ethan is abusing her.
