1. If the branching's not too insane, more truth or dare choices where the MC can decide how the Layla, Elena and Val paths will go.

Examples: A truth or dare choice for the MC where he can choose between revealing how many women he's slept with and a difficult dare. Choosing to exchange underwear with Val over Layla should be a massive points deduction for the Layla path.

2. Extending the truth or dare scene to show more of the naughtier truth or dare moments (how Elena and Val ended up kissing? how Sienna ended up licking the MC? how the MC ended up blowing his lips into Val's stomach?) instead of just showing them as a montage of renders.

3. Some more renders showing Zach getting more and more jealous to set up his betrayal.

4. An animation of Sienna giving Layla a lap dance.

5. Give the MC and the ladies more difficult truth or dare options that will make the players have to strip off their clothes after Elena raises the game's stakes.

I've always felt things were rather tame for a drunk truth or dare game with HS seniors, hopefully it can be made spicier when Nyx remakes it.
It sure could use dares like "lick the whipped cream", "eat the gummybears" and more nudity...
Pushing for riskier dares could have negative consequences with the girls... or not.
Sienna could also show some hints of the kinkyness she showed in the hot tub... here her highlight is a fully clothed lap dance for Layla... gotta do better than that.

In terms of story impact i agree that who you pick to exchange underwear should have a bigger impact, picking Val over Layla and still being in the Layla path afterwards doesn't make much sense.

And maybe Zach ends the night with a banana jammed in his ass

It doesn't have to be a complete redo. She can keep the same structure and flow, but like you said, add spicier moments.

I really loved her redo of the Layla-Elena-Zach-Erynn Heaven scene.

This scene is a good example of what works well in the current truth or dare version. (And the Val version is also good.)

When Nyx remakes scenes she sometimes expands and improves on it, like the club scene that was remade recently and even something that seemingly no one was that interested, like the first day with the track team, got expanded.
Same thing could/should happen to this one, right now it's a "good" scene but not awesome, small tweaks and a bit more time(we kinda fast forward the ending) can greatly improve it.

I think that could be done through a truth or dare choice. Zach picks truth. Maybe someone asks Zach who he would want to be alone with. He answers Valeria, but Val doesn't react favorably.

Since Zach is already getting himself drunk, he also says something very embarrassing and creepy on being alone with Val. This makes Val uncomfortable. The other ladies and the MC scold him for saying it. Zach resents the ladies and the MC.

Yes, if you are on the Layla path i think she would be ok with you taking a bit of an advantage.
But might get jealous if you take an opportunity to grope Val...
Val herself isn't ready to be groped at that point in time, even if you are on her path.

Different reactions from each girl depending on relationship, jealousy... to you getting handsy or being "extremely through" in a "lick the cream" dare.

The MC could expose Iris's crush for Erynn with a truth choice on Iris's part.

Lexi could get back at Iris by asking her if she still loves the MC. That's the one question that Iris might have a hard time giving a direct answer to. This makes things really tense during the game.
