The MC can either pay for sex with her or not because he's special. Cammy will still get paid by others as she's part of Quinn's group. That makes her a hooker.
Tori doesn't trade sex for money, there's no dialogue or scene in the game to reference this. Tori doesn't even sleep around if the MC is hooking up with her.
