Nyx wanted to keep it purposefully vague for the cliffhanger. If she had put a "fuck Melissa" choice then we would know that it wasn't a dream. The fact that there are so many prerequisites tells me that it actually happened. Also the pictures of the shadow of someone clearly in bed with Melissa when she wakes up.

Nyx dragged out some routes and plotlines way too fucking long. As for Iris, I'm not too invested. I'd board that train if I knew she was a serious option, but as it is, she is just there to stir shit up
still, they could have just slept in the same bed. And honestly, with how Nyx does things, I seriously doubt there will be any meaningful conversation happening straight up, even if they did fuck. They'll just bolt, and we'll probably get back to it 2-3 updates later

I understand your point, but my opinion is that the two characters have been drinking and therefore you can't have a specific choice before sex. It's a natural reaction between two horny characters. You're really just going with the flow and watching from the outside. The only thing that's needed for this scene is for you to have some good points with Melissa beforehand and for you to hug her when you compliment her on the last encounter.
