Think that's it. I was following the right guide but with the wrong expectations because of that Reddit post.
I finished my 1st run with Layla and Nikki. Both were amazing girls tbh. I cannot choose which is better.
Finished the 2nd run with ASP and girls like Melissa and Gabi and then did the Erynn path.
Now I'm starting run with Alexis normal path with and Val.
Great game overall. The sex scenes are lacking a bit compared to other top tier games, but the story and characters make up for it.

If I may comment on your four runs:
1. Nyx has started closing all the multipaths, one by one.
2. Melissa isn't a SC, but a LI!
3. I would put Gabi in a separate run; if this relationship is revealed, many routes will be closed.
4. Erynn solo path is okay
5. Your fourth run... no, I won't spoil anything.
Mm I'm worried about that comment about my fourth run lol. Without spoiling much can you tell me if I can get all the scenes for both of them in one run or there will be choices that will make me choose to see one or the other? If that's the case Ill just do 2 separate runs to get their full experience. Fro what I saw until now I just thought I wont miss any scenes, but better ask than be sorry later.

Play it cool. At some point you'll just have to pick one.
As for Nyx's latest devlog, I'm glad she's back. I think we'll see Episode 15 before the new year. It'll be interesting to see how things change.

For now, this will be the most interesting route I want to see. I'm also still waiting to see if there will be a surprise at the emo party in the form of Alexis and Lake
So can I do both Alexis and Val without missing any of their scenes until this point exactly, then save and continue with one of them until I finish the game and go back to this save to finish with the other one?

Yup, Alexis and Val don't have a conflict point until Ep 12.
1- I don't think many multi-paths have been closed so far... but Nyx has started giving warnings that they will soon.
3- I would put Gabi vs Layla, these 2 are natural rivals and their interactions add a lot to the fun.
Val plus Alexis is easy until the scene that jadepaladin highlighted, after that you either make your choice or live life very dangerously(it still isn't closed as a combo, but it's gonna blow up any second now).
Personal opinion the game is more fun when you flirt with danger
, there's many little details added to the characters when you do.Specially with girls that already have some kind of connection besides liking the MC.

I'm curious on when and how lying to both girls will blow up in his face...
In theory they'll be at the BBQ, while the party takes place... but maybe they'll stop by later.

So far from all the girls I played with (huehue), Layla and Nikki are top 1 and 2 but idk in what order.
Nikki's body and personality are just the best. But Layla's face and butt.. also innocence.. idk really.. best 2 girls so far for sure.

The thing is, it just seemed like she told Adriana she saw the MC throw a punch rather than just saw the aftermath. Sure she has to report it, but not lie about what she saw.

She isn't lying, play that part again. From Gabi's perspective Zach was on the floor saying how the MC hit him. That's how it appeared, even if you only pushed him.
When Adrianna investigates I'm sure that the witnesses will let her know what happened and that the MC will be cleared, as long as you didn't actually hit him that is. Most of us who rightly punched the idiot will just have to deal with the consequences, even if it was self defense.
It's possible he paid some of them since he's now working with Ethan.
We have "Temu Val" and other girl besides the Darryl+Tori group.

Would be neat if came down to a trust check with Adriana and MC and if you lied to her previously you were fucked.
Still unsure if this will have more consequences or if it's just the 3 day suspension and nothing more.
But your idea isn't bad, using those Adriana points for something.
