Dylan is the key to everything. What many players ignore is the fact that, as a bar owner, he constantly hears everything. So many characters in the game regularly frequent his bar and talk. I bet Dylan knew from the beginning that MC was Santis' son.

This and being cooking obssessed, but hey at least he's passionate about his job.
