You don’t have anything to apologize for, and it’s not about you asking questions (it’s actually nice that you’re asking and interested in the different routes).
It’s just that from that question, I can tell you haven’t finished the game yet and you don’t really have a sense of what’s happening or what events are coming. That’s why I don’t want to ruin the fun for you.
If you want, I can tell you exactly what happens in a spoiler, but it will completely ruin the fun and the experience for you.
Dude, you forgot to mention to the commenter that there is only one real route: MOMMY ;)

Same thing about the meeting in the pizza place, maybe Alexis has a "reason" to get pissed at the MC calling her out...
But Layla should be... "That was awkward... so... Spanish", she has no reason to run off like she does.
Yeah, imo that drama should only fire if MC has been flirting with Leyla for all it's worth until that point (so, crossing the "friends" threshold) while also dating Alexis, since then she/both would have solid reason to feel betrayed and/or lead on, and it'd also warrant some potential heated reactions from Alexis and/or MC. (well, mostly from Alexis. MC breaking up because Alexis didn't mention having a sister is... ehh) Otherwise the blowup feels very much like "...what?"

How's this game translated into so many languages, but the Spanish lines in the English version are mostly wrong in both grammar and actual usage by Spanish natives... is it intentional or something?

Wait, I just saw the translations are unofficial, figures

Then the author should fix that, it's very unimmersive to see characters talking in their alleged native language like if their lines were written by someone in a first year course.

IIRC the author has taken some Spanish lessons herself, but the game has also been around for five years and had multiple native Spanish speakers play and/or comment on it (including the quality of Spanish lines) so perhaps at this point it's not a matter of errors per se, but dialects different to what you're personally used to..?

Layla's hair is already pretty short so it wouldn't be much of a change. I'm going to actually suggest someone who isn't on the list -- it'd be funny if instead of Iris growing her hair back it was Erynn cutting hers short, driving the sisters look home.

Thanks, I only played until Cara and Nikki force you to choose one of them, so maybe later in the game this was fixed.

Up to that point, Elena talks in what's clearly how a North American English native or speaker thinks Spanish phrases are formed. There is even a starting question mark missing in one of the lines that I remember (in Spanish there are both starting and ending question marks, not just in the ending like in English: ¿ ?)

Elena isn't a native, as far as we know she has always lived in this fictional version of the US(and we have photos of young Elena and Layla together)... she's fluent in Spanish(suppousedly) because she comes from a family of latinos, her mom and granny probably speak Spanish to her at times, but she grew up speaking English in school and with her friends.

Same thing applies to the MC(and Valeria), was raised by a latino, but he's primarily an english speaker.

short haired gang poll:

Who would look better with short hair:

A) Muscle Mommy
B) Alexis
C) Cara
D) Layla
E) val
Layla, Cara and Elena already have short-ish hair.
Alexis maybe it works for her...

Anyone else i wouldn't change a thing.

Got it, I guessed someone confident enough not to take Spanish classes because she allegedly was a fluent speaker, would at least know there is a starting question mark ¿ :geek:

I did find this bug once and i'm pretty sure it's a bug.
You have ASP which is Erynn trying to set you up with Alexis, but Erynn is still making out with you, it does feel weird and lack cohesion... probably because it was never intended.
ASP isn't suppoused to happen with the Erynn route, it's suppoused to be an Erynn who is no longer interested on the MC for herself so she decides to set him up with Alexis.

It's probably gonna be fixed come version 15 since Layla and Erynn won't be able to be combined anymore.

So far there have been no conflicts between Nikki(same applies to Cara) and any of the girls that live in Madison Springs.
No one has the right answer to this question... is there a final decision coming? Are you already screwed? No one knows... (also saves are getting dumped so who cares?).
PS: Kaskaze has the right idea, play the game, spread some saves around to be safe(reload if you fuck up too much) and have fun, stop thinking on how you can beat the system.

Honestly, this was the kind of answer I was looking for. It's been a while since i've played this game with all my previous saves lost in my old pc from the hurricanes of 2024. I know this game has a lot of branches & i hadnt made it this far before regardless that's very sound advice that you & Kaskaze provided. I can understand you all must get a lot of users coming in & asking similar questions like I did & that can be annoying but i assure you I didn't mean to upset anyone. After all, it's just a game & we're all here to discuss the game in some form or another. Appreciate the kind reply & have a fantastic week!
