You might have missed it the first time because it wasn't there. I haven't gone back and replayed this scene, but I understand that it's one that dev reworked, and the speculation about it being a guy was added in during the rework.

Well, if you are talking about the members of a track & field team, in the real world you will find that all of them usually have similar body types and heights. That is why they have been chosen to be in the team. You see the big tits on girls like Gabby, but you don't see them on cheerleading members either. Simply put, the focus of the story in this game is not the type of girl you are looking for.

also it's kinda a sports oriented school or something where joining whatever team is mandatory, so the students would probably be pretty athletic in general. Well, that doesn't exactly mean much to genetics, so I suppose bigger tits could be a possibility, but I suppose that's up to the dev. Unattractive people also exist irl, it's just nobody really likes looking at them when you can have all the pretty girls you want in a game
But that's generally true for most AVNs.
