Hmm I'm not sure. This could be the MC reassuring Melissa after seeing her again. She's feeling regret and remorse but the MC doesn't regret what happened. The last picture is her remembering what happened, almost wanting to touch herself.
If it was another dream then that would be dream number three, which would be kinda ridiculous IMO. Melissa is a main LI, get her path going already! We are on chapter 14 and all we have had is 2 or maybe 3 dream scenes..

Suicide, or Ethan wins.
It could act like a push that drives her into doing exactly what Ethan wants.
That kind of Erynn mindset: “I don’t care about anything anymore, nothing matters.”
She might choose to let Ethan win just to numb or kill her psychological pain.
That would be a really strong and dark ending.

I see 2 things as possible:
A-Nothing happened, and her reaction in the final picture is still "I WANNA FUCK HIM SO BAD, but i can't :cry:".
B-It did happen... but this scene isn't on a Erynn combo.
On a Erynn combo i think she would be way more guilty and less "I wanna do it again", if Erynn is just friends... i can see it.

It's a betrayal by the 2 people she cares the most in the world, consequences would have to be DARK.
Suicide or submitting to Ethan would suit the situation.

I agree with your post above regarding Erynn's submission.

Now if Ethan was a real threat as a villain he would actually have his private investigator or henchman take compromising photos and video of Mel and the MC having sex.

But of course Ethan's an idiot and will play no active part in forcing Erynn's hand. It will just fall into his greasy, rotten seal skin lap.
