For what is worth, MC does get worked up over what happends to Eyrinn.
She then hugs him and keeps him close.
So sad he had to abbandon Eyrin alone to face Ethan once more, to run to mommy.
Still ... he is feeling 4 her, he gets angry 4 not being able to do anything .. Eyrin still would not
commit to having him in her life, still hiding and meeting Ethan in secret of MC.

So no, there is no good, there is heartache, there is hopelessness.

Also, I'm not sure what "just had several sexual encounters with your BFF" has to do with anything. None of the encounters, in my experience, are done to spite Erynn or harm Erynn or manipulate Erynn. If I recall correctly, most, if not all, of these encounters happen with the MC unaware of the Alexis/Erynn relationship. At least in my playthroughs this is the case, though I haven't run through all permutations.

If there's any reason not to trust the MC, it's because he's a bit of a flake that runs away from his problems. Maybe he's becoming more reliable though, who knows?

And no, MC isn't the only flake. Pointing out his character flaws doesn't mean everybody else in the story is perfect (or even close to it).

Eyrinn has Ethan be in her life even after long years of hardshiop and pain ... MC is a breeze.

I suspect that you have highlighted what the actual issue is.
Erynn is not upset and angry that Alexis slept with the MC, she is upset and angry that her best friend lied to her.
We know that is is very likely that Erynn is keeping secrets (such as the blackmail) from Alexis, but as far as we know, she has never deliberately lied to Alexis.
As far as I am aware, Erynn has never had any negative emotions or feelings towards the MC for his part in the relationship with Alexis, and even if he has not ended it, Erynn still wants to be friends with him.

Fuck this update ruined the whole thing for me. Erryn's some kind of contract whore bc she decided to be a twat as a child and be friends with Ethan instead of MC, Melissa scene was just a cruel tease(Dev is seriously mean for that lol) and you can't do anything except end things with the girl who has the most genuine/consistent motivations for the MC or forgive her and still feel like it ends bc Erryn can't stop being a cunt. Man I don't know if I love or hate this game overall but right now I definitely hate it

? Was the most recent update not just Cara/Nikki stuff? For me .7 ends after the busstop scene with either, no? Unless you count Alexis/MC convo at the car as getting back together which the MC certainly didn't.

Yeah, see, thats the episode 6 stuff. Episode 6 ends with MC fucking up the wedding, leaving, getting stopped by Nikki/Cara if you banged them again, then getting on the plane.

You haven't played Episode 7 yet. It should continue from there. Maybe you're using an old save that incompatible or something. I dunno.

If you really have the Episode 7 build, just make a new save, and ctrl-skip, making hte same choices. It should be fairly quick. Worst case scenario, just redownload the game and ctrl-skip back to the end of ep6.

fuuuuuck me then. I'm just being a cunt myself in that case lol. I downloaded 0.7 and all but it ends after all the wedding drama. I played back in November I want to say then just downloaded the new one a few days ago and restarted from the beginning so there shouldn't be ay save errors, right? Maybe Scrappy's mod is causing the issue?

I have the mod, and it works fine for me. But yeah, it should be working. Could just be a random bug, I dunno.

Idk if it was that or redownloading a third time and removing all files that the mod included before installing the mod but looks like it worked so either way I appreciate your time, mate. Let's see if I'm as salty about 0.7 when I play through it tomorrow lol

Yeah in hindsight that Alexis breakup was likely needed for those people also on a Nikki or Cara path, to still give MC plausible deniability if slept with Nikki or Cara from cheating on Alexis and Nikki or Cara. He was officially not in any relation at that moment, so free to answer those feelings or follow his dick (pick your preferred option). This will be harder going forward if on path with Alexis. :)

Looks like you made a choice and did commit to Alexis as MC if go with her, so any sexual interactions with others behind her back or her approval to it would be cheating and Alexis has not exactly been portrayed as someone who would be thrilled to share MC. :p
