If you are having a "big messy save" then you are already missing a lot of contents.

For Erynn it is worth choosing her over Layla and Gabi.
For maximum Alexis content, you have to join the Mile High Club (no nude pic otherwise) then keep on Erynn's path as long as possible, because if Layla has too many points, Lexi won't have phone sex with you. On Erynn's path you can try Tori, if you want.

Layla (+Elena) deserves a separate path, there you can also meet Gabi.

Some paths have less intersection than others, if you are doing bad with Layla it might be a better idea to chase Valeria for example, she has a lot less connection to Alexis or Erynn.
Same thing with Gabi.

Edit: Nikki and Cara I could have seen a bit easier, since they in a way already were a triangle, just less aware of it and partly non romantic triangle. The choice though and all that happened, make it pretty unlikely they would be that easily interested in that.

Right now I cannot see Erynn in a threesome, let alone in a "twosome".
She is clearly buried under her complexes, any type of sexual activity is way beyond her comfort zone.
She needs lots of support and tender care before anything intimate could take place.
