VN Ren'Py Intertwined [v0.14.1] [Nyx]

Played this through a couple of times now, 1st faithful to Layla and 2nd to Alexis, both very enjoyable. I'll go through again slower though to fully appreciate the superb writing as I'm sure I've missed bits & will look forward to further updates in due course.

Graphically Alexis, Layla & Elena would be my preferences but the others have unique personalities and traits so over time I'll probably play through with most of the characters. Personality wise I wasn't sure about Alexis given the quick plunge into full sex but her character grew on me as her path unfolded so I put it down to a momentary weakness (or a few beverages prior to the flight). Erynn's character is also very intriguing and I'll look forward to playing her path when I get the time. Early days regarding Cara & Nikki, the next update will probably add more substance here so looking forward to it.

On a side note does anyone know if there are any plans for Gabbi and/or Brooke (she seems to have a fun character)? Plus a sub path for Emily to rekindle her relationship with Melissia or date John (I think he's the garage owner) may be nice.

Gabi's path is definitely going somewhere, but I doubt she'll get as much screentime as the core cast. Brooke is a maybe.

Nyx ran a patreon poll about Emily hypothetically dating someone and a majority were open to it. Doesn't sound like it's a priority though, so probably depends on time/inspiration.

biker john is so totally gonna do a threesome with Em and Mel while Santiago and Andres stand outside the window jerking each other off and calling the biker dude gay!

While the MC is over at Alexxi´s dorm having a threesome with Lexxi and Erynn´s sister while Alexis is recording it all on live feed and broadcasting it to Erynn crying like a motherfucker!

Very touching that Nix is struggling to fit the obvious scenes with the obvious love interests in as we speak,
while others around here keep flying off the handle bar and ending into supposed totally unrelated uncalled for unnecessary to the plot and simply dragging on the game and plot wild adventures of characters obviously written in the game to hurt MC and that was it. All those chars MC cannot influence at all
are there for nothing but hurt and suffering, which a lotta players seem to be welcoming back into the game for no reason what so ever.

News flash for all the window shopping gamers looking to not game but skip skip skip:
MC was gone for good outta most of the hotties lives and their troubles just piled up to no end.

MC is now deep into his own plot, trying to hold all of the girls hardship on his shoulders,
while all some whatever plot bombing players wanna talk about are idiotic hook ups
of side characters uninterested in the plot of the game and not connected to the story of the game.

1. After playing the Alexis path; once the MC confronts Alexis in the bar & leaves. Initially she thinks to herself that she's falling for the MC so why wouldn't she shout it after him? But OK as it's written so the player has the clue. There are a number of scenes

choices have to be made correctly. If the MC leaves Alexis is clearly upset and that wasn't what she really wanted so I don't get why she wouldn't say something or at least phone later with that being the final decider at that point. I get that it's too late to do this now but it's tricky to navigate... Going forward with the trick bits any chance of a clue?...
2. Does anyone know how to do the Elena path without doing a dirty on Layla?

I know I'm a bit odd, especially that this is a site predominantly with porn games, but there are some things I don't do & cheating is 1 of those quirks even in real life where I've lost out on a teenage love due to moving to another country and being in another relationship at the "wrong" time. My enjoyment comes from the feel good factor in a good script, as here. No worries, I'm sure I'll work it out.

This .. is crazy. Alexis is fighting for MC while with every other girl, MC is fighting for himself.
Eyrinn keeps seeing the bully from MC”s childhood despite MC being there 4 her.
MC is right to feel betrayed as he seems again to not matter because Eyrinn keeps seing others.

So Eyrinn is non consistent. Lay is never there becasue she was this close to be gotten
kidnapped and raped by her bully had MC not stepped in.
Again, MC is told multiple times by her and her bff to stay away,
pretend that the bully never was.
What does that give MC?
The beating from a couple a bullies.

What a wonderful life MC is getting in this game.

I think that this guy has a crush on Lexi and want MC out of the way... He's like Sebastian's twin from "Dreams of reality..
Possibilty of sabotaging MC's new bike? Or is that thought to dark?
I sincerely hope the game keeps it light spirit and won't go AL, Dreams of Reality way.

That is too dark a path for the story to turn so suddenly. The focus is interpersonal drama, not malice. Bartender might be suspect, but I trust my girl.

Call me an optimist, but I see the bartender as more of an ally who - like Nathan - could help against Ethan and/or Lucas.
The mc may need more strong bros and Zach may not necessarily be up to the task.

+If you look carefully, the way Nyx's characters look tells you whether they are positive or negative. The bartender looks too friendly to stab the mc in the back.

Yeah, that's also a way to see it, time will tell.

Just played the Lexi playthrough and damn it seems I missed quite some awesome scenes with her, quite happy I saw them now.
Didn't know the sprinting competition result would change because I picked Lexi instead of going training with Layla, 4th instead of 1st. That was a nice little twist...

How many paths you all follow?
At this moment I saved 3; Nikki (alone), Lexi (without Nikki/Cara) and Layla (without Nikki/Cara).
Still have to do solo Cara, Erynn, Elena (for later episodes), Valeria.
Not to mention Gabi and Tori.... jeez there are even more routes then in BaD...

So far 1. Lexi & 2. Layla. I'll do the Cara or Nikki path next then Erynn but that'll probably hit on my emotions a lot (history); the Lexi path did already (superb scripting) & hopefully that can end well in future updates. I'd also like to go through the path with Elena but I don't do cheating (weird I know but that's me) but can't seem to work it out... Found the Lexi path difficult

You don't have to worry about it, I asked Nyx about cheating girls and her answer was that they wouldn't be, because she knows what the reaction will be and they won't like it.
