Nikki handles both of them. Alexis isn't in the same shape post injury and while Layla is an athlete, it's just track and mostly stamina. Cara is pretty useless but if she distracts either sister even for just a bit Nikki wins.

Nikki sweeps most of the girls in the game outside of other super fit ones like gabi or melissa. I honestly don't see any of the young ones being able to take her.

I can see Nikki even taking some of the weaker guys like Ethan or Zach.

Nikki is at the same time the stronger LI physically, has a bit of fight training(plus poison damage) and the one that seems aggressive enough to not let a betrayal go on easily.
