Overwriting the script files from the video mod should disable it outright, as the scripts are what call the new files. This will break every animation in the game, as it will try to call animations that quite simply do not exist.
The video mod isn't compatible with anything that changes script files, due to the nature of RenPy, it won't be either.

don't think so cause if I recall her and Zo were just talking about trying for another so to me it would be unlikely id think given the amount of time left in the game but maybe towards the end of the game it's possible
not really because actualy if you choose helena, she choose to stay friend with layla esle being with mc, both are lost

They also speak about it at the dinner table in episode 13. Enzo says from what I remember "What if it's another girl?" Adrianna replies something like "We will have to steal him" talking about the MC. I think that they may now be actively trying for a third child and hoping for a boy this time.

I think a character being pregnant will be canon (aka happens on any path), only person that comes to mind is Lexi, this render happens if you're on Erynn's path at the beach.
